We were not warned that the swimming pool was not available and we had chosen the hotel for that. We chose the €24 buffet option for the evening meal but it was disappointing with only 4 dried out dishes plus one kind of dessert. There was also a very meager little cold buffet. No restocking apart from dessert. The buffet breakfast was much better but the pancakes were probably reheated in the microwave so inedible. Too bad because the staff is friendly and the hotel is very well placed geographically.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was nice too. Our baggage was delayed and we were able to get toothbrushes from reception. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and city centre. Autostadt and the Volkswagen Arena are about 15-20 minutes walk. The only downside was the decor was a little dated.

You can book a room on weekends. The front desk informs you that the room is usually full from Monday to Thursday. Is it so popular? The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, and the single room is a real big bed room, which is good overall!

The location is superb, one step away from the railway station and the pedestrian street. If you don't drive, you should be very convenient! The room was especially strange. There was a large patio outside the window. It was facing the window of other rooms. The patient who was sneaked like me could only pull the curtains all the time. We had chosen to visit this hotel because we wanted to visit Giforn and Celle at the weekend. We were very nicely received and also just got a ticket with our wishes for both breakfasts to cross. The room was large enough with generous bathroom, TV, safe and everything was clean. On the first day we were brought to the big and maintained garden terrace, no buffet because of Corona. The lady was very nice and asked more often if she should bring us something else? Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, there was not that we described here in the previous reviews, freshly pressed orange juice, but that from the Tetra Pack, but good. The second day the breakfast buffet was opened again, but of course not for self-service. We were allowed to say what we wanted and it was then placed on a table. The hotel is maintained, nice staff, breakfast is also good. So don't make anything.
