Hotel in the heart of Varadero. Not in the hotel area. The location is very convenient. To the beach 2 minutes. Very good and not expensive bar in the hotel. For breakfast, ham and cheese omelet or ham and cheese sandwich + coffee + cola. They clean every other day, change the bed / towels, wash the room, everything is fine with this, the staff is friendly. There are almost no Russians, only locals. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, cable TV, everything works. A soft bed, a shower, a toilet without complaints, the water has a weak pressure and heats up for a long time, but this is not critical. For tourists who do not care / do not need animation / all inclusive is ideal. Sleep, have breakfast, and get away/go away for the day - perfect.

hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.

This September 5 we visited this hotel for celebrate my mom's birthday, Everybody was really kind and gentle with us. Bryan's Community Manager was always checking for us, the front desk ladies bring all information. Entertainment was really good, music and fun time with them. Food amazing and drinks too. They made my mom's birthday awesome.

It was a different experience, I always travel with my family but this time I decided to go to rest and be alone with my partner, which was a bit difficult for me due to different episodes I had at the hotel. As for the service of the waitresses and shop assistants, it is very good, they really make an effort to talk to the clients and make them feel like family, the cleaning is quite good, but I must say that in terms of the food it leaves a lot to be desired, most of the Cold times, without dressings to season salads or vegetables, hot juices and without sugar, there was not a day when there was butter, mayonnaise, or any other sauce to accompany food or breakfast. There is no small oven to heat a toast or a piece of bread, the lousy presentation, if I am honest there was not a day that we ate well and that is mainly due to the little management by the managers, the rather superficial supervision and the justification with all the problems that there are right now in Cuba. Serving a hot dish or a cold juice goes beyond the scarcity that there may be. The towel service for the pool practically does not work, we were waiting all day to be able to get the towels and be able to bathe, when we complained the towels appeared immediately, Unfortunately they tend to justify what was wrong with all the economic problems that exist and that we all know. You pay for a 4-star hotel and receive 2-star service to a great extent.

I was transferred to another hotel due to the pandemic. This hotel is called BE LIVE LAS MORLAS. I think it is very good. Because of the pandemic, it has all the comforts. You cannot leave the room due to medical safety, but all the services are provided by family members. I congratulate the offering of the room. All the staff are very friendly

It’s a good hotel, but I got a rather shabby room, then they even replaced it with a bungalow, so it started dripping from the ceiling)) Well, in general, everything is fine, this is Cuba, so the best beach in the world compensates for all the other minor shortcomings!))
