This was perfectly adequate for my one night stay prior to a cruise. The location is easily accessible from the train from the airport and less than a mile from the cruise terminal. It is no frills but clean. I had a shared bathroom which was a concern but it was fine. You share the bathroom with another room and you will hear them in there but, again, it was one night. There was a sink in the room which was good as you didn't need the bathroom for basic teeth brushing, etc. If I was doing an overnight in Vancouver again, I'd go back.

Great hotel. We were upgraded to a suite without asking! Everyone was very helpful, and breakfast! Great location. They arranged a taxi for us to go to BC FERRY. Told us approximately how long it would take. Even told us a few restaurants we were interested in. We would stay there again.

The hotel is in a inconvenient location. To get there without a car, you have to go to Aberdeen Station and transfer by 610 Bus. The most important thing is, the bus never arrives on time. So just grab an uber. Other than that, everything is pefect. Frequent shuttle to airport.

Location is across the bridge from the main tourist sites, but close to transportation which will get you downtown in a few minutes. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area, which was all very safe and clean. Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was decent, and staff very friendly and polite. I'd stay here again if I ever end up back in Vancouver.

Very good, I played it twice. The location of the hotel is quite good, only two stops from the airport. The security at night is very nice, and there is food downstairs, which is very convenient.

The location of the hotel is convenient, located in the city center, very close to the subway, and the public transportation is convenient. Hotel staff service is also good, very good attitude. The sanitation environment is also good, and overall it is ok.

We initially booked one night here because it was close to the ferry. The service was fantastic, the room was great and we enjoyed the location so much that we altered our plans to stay here two additional times (rather than in Vancouver itself) during our road trip. The motel offers basic amenities, but has wifi and the room was clean and suited our needs quite well.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. First of all, very clean! We loved our stay at this hotel. It is a very well-serviced hotel with nice and trained staff. The room was very comfortable, and the access to the club was so super convenient. The view of the city is just stunning. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Vancouver again. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Great location, easy access to a food court downstairs and also the Metropolis mall. Service is great, we requested for some toiletries and they came very fast. Easy to use app to communicate with the staff there, they are very friendly as well! Love the buffet breakfast, waitress was nice. The only downsides are the pools are bit small and not the cleanest we have seen. The gym is small comparing to the size of the hotel.
