We stayed at this place from 29th September to 2nd October. The restaurant is closed and the gym doesn’t even have a treadmill.Very outdated.The property itself is eerie. When checking in they let you know the things that you need to clean up when you check out like taking out the garbage.taking out bed linen,cleaning kitchen pots and pans etc.They take deposit from you for the same.We did all of that when checking out. So on the day of checking out the reception females told us we had to vaccum the flat.We did that as well.There were two females at the reception one with short hair and one with long hair.They were extremely rude and unfriendly.The short hair one kept repeating “you signed the document “!! They told us the bathrooms needed to be cleaned??! They never mentioned anything in the list about cleaning washrooms.When I asked that all this was never mentioned the reception female had the audacity to say we keep seeing these things everyday and your washrooms were very dirty.Do they expect the guests to even clean washrooms???? What are we even paying for then??? The RUDEST staff ever. We stayed at Dormio property in obertraun,Austria. We just took out trash there and cleaned the kitchen.The staff were polite too.That is the reason we wanted to book this property. But here Very Rude and arrogant. Go learn some manners and hospitality.

Lovely residence, unfortunately too many things not ok. - unstable or no wifi; - restaurant and bar closed; - the gym is very dated, if you can call it a gym; - swimming pool closed after 20.00; - the staff at the reception isn’t very helpful. It is not that they are unfriendly, but they are not prepared to go all the way for you. Even half way seems to much effort. Not sure if I would book again.

The hotel is very lovely, clearly well maintained and looked after with friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was a great size and had a homely feel with modern resources and well equipped kitchen. The pool area was very clean and the facilities were good. The restaurant is beautifully decorated / stylish with a great bar area and the breakfast was lovely. It is in such a convenient location for the ski shop and the gondola, very easy and the ski lockers and heated store were great too.

Chance led us to this very beautiful brewery. The welcome is warm. The menu is sufficiently extensive and the traditional dishes at very reasonable prices; the Savoyard crust with morels is a treat. The bill is very reasonable. In short, a very good time.

Very beautiful complex, well equipped but aging…. Housekeeping to be reviewed despite our first alert during our visit in 2020... the place is magical, which is why we came back!! We are quite disappointed to have found the previous tenant's dog's toy under the sofa... as well as some treats! The equipment is old but in working order after the nice technician came to repair it!! In June not many things are open, this is the small downside of this season in the off season!! We were surprised to know this year that parking costs €25 per week if you have a good internet connection, otherwise it’s €35! A desire from the town hall since this year, very unfortunate!!! The sofa was dirty, we asked for a blanket which was kindly given to us.

Excellent welcome and place in the middle of the mountains perfect for skiing or walks. Heated swimming pool. Delicious breakfast included in the rental and served with grace and kindness. Comfortable and renovated studio.

The location is superb for those who like peace and quiet because in Vallorcine basically, there is nothing, fortunately you can get to Chamonix by train. The residence is good, the apartment lacks storage and is dark. The swimming pool is quite large, however the “relaxation” area, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, is anything but a quiet space. The hammam was not working! It is normally reserved for adults but it was impossible for us to go to the jacuzzi, it was always busy with young children bathing in it. It is however indicated that it is prohibited for those under 16 but no one enforces this obligation. So, if you want to enjoy a quiet relaxation area for adults, go elsewhere! It’s a shame because we pay for it but no rules are respected.

First time in Vallorcine. We stayed there for 2 weeks. Ideally located a stone's throw from Vallorcine train station (connecting Switzerland and Chamonix) and at the foot of the cable cars. Warm and very professional welcome. We received the guest cards for the train directly. Underground parking available. Beautiful clean swimming pool and relaxation area (sauna hammam and jacuzzi) prohibited for under 16s which is a pleasure. Possibility for an additional fee to have breakfast. Bakery service available (delicious baguettes and pastries). We booked a penthouse for 6 for 2 and we had plenty of room! Cozy, comfortable and complete apartment. Cleaning done on arrival as well as the beds. Towels available. Welcome kit appreciated. I was afraid because the accommodation overlooks the tracks but 2 trains per hour did not disturb us. And they don't spend the night ☺️. Balcony is appreciated but my small downside is that it didn't have any sun at all given its location (unlucky). No luck either because there was a lot of rain during our stay and the accommodation being on the roof it hit hard. Top notch staff! The 2 ladies at reception were adorable and helpful. As well as the lady in the breakfast room who gave me my bread every morning with a smile!

3 eme séjour pour nous dans cette résidence Les 2 premiers nous occupions un appartement loué directement à son propriétaire Nous étant décidés trop tard nous avons loué directement un appartement équivalent à la résidence Quelle déception Appartement sans aucune déco, minimum minimorum en terme d’équipement, pas d’eau chaude ce vendredi soir , une cafetière peu fonctionnelle, une plaque de cuisson ou 1 zone ne fonctionne pas et j’en passe 1 seule clé de surcroît pour un appartement prévu pour 6 (bonnous n’étions que 4) avec une réception aux amplitudes horaires de présence minimaliste permettant difficilement de l’utiliser pour laisser la clé Nous reviendrons pourtant via notre propriétaire habituel car le site , la tranquillité des lieux les équipements et la gentillesse de tout le personnel sont très appréciables mais il faudrait je crois quand même faire un effort pour maintenir un niveau de prestation à la hauteur Dernier mot concernant la literie qui est parfaite alors qu’on ne peut pas en dire autant du confort des canapés du salon

Je recommande vivement cette résidence !! Les appartements sont spacieux, bien aménagés, propres et joliment décorés. Ils disposent tous d une immense terrasse où il est très agréable de passer un moment lorsqu'il ne fait pas froid !! La résidence est idéalement située : aux pieds du télécabine de balme, de l'ESF, de la boutique de location de skis et à 5 minutes de la poya. Le petit déjeuner est copieux il y en a pour tous les goûts !! Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse ! Une mention spéciale à la sympathique réceptionniste dont l'accueil chaleureux vous incite à revenir !! Pour nous c est la seconde fois. Habitués des vacances à Vallorcine, nous avons trouvé notre hébergement pour les années à venir !!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce lieu accueillant. Les logements spacieux. Le personnel est au petits soins, les repas très bons et copieux. Et pourtant nous étions une trentaine de personnes de la même famille, pas facile de satisfaire tout le monde. Mais ce fut le cas. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Deuxième fois que nous y allons… une première pour le ski … top emplacement - Top accueil- Top appartement- top piscine - Top équipement. Les locations pour le ski sont à proximité…. Balme ou là poya pour le sport ski au choix selon vos compétences et porte monnaies. Nous gardons le souvenir d un séjour de rêve dans un emplacement idéal où tout reste à taille humaine. Les appartements sont très bien équipés… Alors oui le prix des remontées mécaniques pour tête de balmes sont certes un peu chers mais valent le détours. Sinon la poya pour les familles et moins chers . De toutes façon, Le village , le lieu, et la résidence ne vous tenterons pas à quelconques autres actions consuméristes futiles. Fan de supermarchés, de boîte de nuits et de soirée endiablée fuyez !!! Ici authenticité

Accueil chaleureux (un merci tout particulier à la dame de la réception), appartement confortable, propre et bien aménagé. J'ai apprécié la piscine + hammam+ sauna, le fait de pouvoir prendre petit déjeuner et dîner sur place même s'il y a 2 restaurants à proximité, le garage.

Appartement spacieux, propre, manque cependant un peu de couverts au regard de la capacité d'hébergement. Multitude d'activités internes et à proximité. Restaurant très qualitatif mais prix un peu excessifs. Très beau cadre et bien placé. Personnel attentionné. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
