Hotel is located within 5 mins walk from Sao Bento station. Room is large and spacious. Service is great and buffet breakfast has good variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near Benedict Station, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, with classic European decor that I love, and the room even has a small, elegant terrace. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken the first night, and the hotel was fully booked for that day, so we had to spend the night in a room without air conditioning. Luckily, there were other rooms available the next day, and the staff were very helpful in arranging rooms for us; I'm very grateful to them.

It's very close to São Bento Station, Bolhao Market, and three cathedrals, making it a great place to explore. Just down the street, you can visit Ribeira Square and the Dom Luís Bridge, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is of a higher quality than other places. I was also surprised by the complimentary bottled water and a variety of drinks in the mini-fridge. Above all, all the staff were incredibly friendly.

The hotel looks beautiful, the stay was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It's the best choice for a trip here.

The cleanliness and the staff were very friendly. Although it was a bit of a walk from the subway and bus stops, it was convenient as there was a large supermarket nearby.

This hotel is very cost-effective in Porto. Although the decoration is not as luxurious as the first-line five-star hotels, the experience of staying is also very comfortable. It is close to various attractions and restaurants.

In all cases, it was comfortable and friendly, and the 4-day stay was good. It was close to the city center, so I could go out and come back for a short rest. The station was close, and the Balang Market was also close. The food was also good.

It's too dark in the hotelㅠㅠ There's another hotel across the street, so it's hard to get in It's good for resting, but I wish it was a little brighter when I pack my luggage or look for it,, I moved from a 4-star hotel in Basel, but it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel..! The whole of Porto is like that, but the building isn't that big, so the lobby is small I'd rather just stay at an Airbnb or find a slightly cheaper place with a good location and a lot of sunlight.

The hotel's location is good, and the rooms are generally clean. The staff are friendly, but the unfriendly ones are unfriendly. The desserts at the dinner at the first-floor restaurant were the best. The meat had a ***** smell.

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient to major attractions, with complete facilities, a good breakfast, and good service. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub, which is mentioned in the introduction.
