It's a great place, the scenery is very good, the indoor facilities are great, the bathroom floor is still warm at night, the wooden hotel, it feels particularly good, it is suitable for relaxing. . . . But the waiters were not professional and the check-in was not smooth, and I was required to send proof emails, etc. In addition...the waiters were not very clever, which seriously reduced the experience.

This place is magical everything was amazing!! Service was on point, José Luis and Noel really made our experience feel better than home :) having breakfast in front of the waterfall is priceless. This place made us feel we were in nature and help us relax with all the stress life brings to us. Thank you!!!

The hotel is very basic and very expensive in terms of price and value. Considering that for 1000 you can stay in the Sanctuary. No view of the lake, no restaurant, common areas are not beautiful, no lifts. The arrival is terrible. We are finally here unfortunately because the organisers of the conference sent us here. But I would never recommend it or would never come again.
