Excellent location with two minutes walk to bus-stop. Busses every ten minutes. Friendly front-desk staff. Nice SPA. Practical ski-room/storage. Room 309 as is should however not be offered to guests. Poor indoor air quality. In room 309, one bedroom is without window/access to fresh air. Indoor corridors with guest-traffic are ajacent to bedroom window.

I would give it 3.5 stars if that was an option, as it is good but not 'very good'. I think it would be 'very good' with a few improvements. Pros: comfortable beds. great views. balcony underground parking. nespresso machine (bring your own pods). cons: Apar**ents are much smaller than the pictures on the website would suggest. the communal area in a 2-bed apar**ent is very cramped. Kitchen is very small and equipment is limited. no washing machine which was surprising for a self-catering place. Bedsheets are the cheap and scratchy type, not 'hotel linen'. There's no point paying extra for a fireplace as the lounge is so small that it gets unbearably hot. Spa is nice but it gets busy as it's small. Also, it closes very early every day (19.45), which is odd when most people will want to use it in the evenings. The steam room was broken for the whole week during our visit. I asked a couple of times about this, but it didn't seem like anyone was in a rush to fix it. Nobody cleared the snow / ice in the courtyard all week so it became like an ice rink. Parking is expensive, but probably average for local area. I would probably stay here again, but might book a bigger apar**ent and bring my own sheets.

Great location, not far to walk to the centre and on the free bus route. Staff are lovely, apar**ent had everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable and modern. Spa was great after a long day on the slopes and not too busy. Food was excellent.

From the beginning we received excellent service and helpful answers to questions when we made our booking. The excellent service continued in the hotel. We had a 5 bedroom apar**ent - all rooms are great (one without windows) and all have own bathroom. The living area is slightly smaller than the pictures imply but none-the-less very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. It would have been nice to have some kitchen food basics such as tea/coffee, milk Cleanliness could be improved - it was not perfect on arrival. The main negative quality was the lack of internet, this should not be a problem these days and the reason why I have given 4 stars for service. Spa area is lovely - some members of our party really enjoyed their massage - book early! We also enjoyed a delicious fondue at the Ski Lodge restaurant. The location of property is also excellent, a minute walk to bus-stop which takes you to the ski slopes (2 stops, 5 minutes), next door to ski rental shop, and a minute walk to spa. Walking into Val D’Isère centre takes about 7 minutes! Overall, I believe this apar**ent is a very good 4 star property and I would highly recommend

Great place and little to fault. Better pillows would be nice.

Staff is attentive Rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious Access to slopes is easy for a hotel that doesn't offer "ski-in/ski-out" Ski room is best and spacious Add ons are well executed: staff make bookings for equipment, arrange and deliver ski passes Staff offer a rapid response to queries Have been there 4 times over 8 years and each time has been consistently impressive

Comfy beds, helpful staff, good location. We had a great time and made full use of the spa facilities. Massage was incredible. Only downside was our room 201 had very little storage in parents bedroom, not a deal breaker though

Family of four we like the independence of self catering as well as nice spa facilities and games room. Great to have on site underground parking too. Apar**ents are very good generally. Fairly well equipped although limited space in kitchen prep area and short on wardrobe and drawer space given the amount clobber that goes with skiing! Staff very friendly and helpful at reception. NB suggest bring a top up of d/w tabs as we needed to put d/w on twice a day due to small number mugs and glasses in inventory (although plates, bowls and cutlery plentiful). Also kitchen has no condiments so come prepared if you really do intend to self cater (there is a handy Spar very close by as well that opens until 8pm). Be aware as well there is a short walk to the rubbish/recycling area on the high street and the bin is small so you will be making a few trips.
