Rooms are not properly displayed on your website. It is much smaller than seen in the photos. No lighting in the staircase and it is the only access to the upper floors. Very noisy into the early morning hours. No one seemed to care.
Breakfast was the ok but sufficient.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family. Our room and bathroom had open drains from which strong sewer smells emanated. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms were old and mouldy. Breakfast was mediocre at best, although standard for Ushuaia overall.

No dia 11.09 chegada ao hotel. Quarto oeste com 03 cabides para pendurar roupas, buraco no armario, puxador defeituoso, porta roupa da parede tinham 05 partes, 03 utilizaveis. Banheiro com aparencia de sujeira. Ao abrir a torneira do chuveiro, uma surpresa: a agua saia pela torneira da banheira.

Cumple con todo lo que busco en un alojamiento. Habitación limpia, cama cómoda, baño amplio, lindo y sobre todo limpio. Parece algo básico pero en muchos establecimientos la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Nuestra habitación tenía heladerita, caja fuerte, losa radiante e infusiones de cortesía con espacio para desayunar. Además de unas vistas hermosas. Queda a cinco cuadras de la Avenida San Martín (en subida). La atención del personal amable. Lo recomiendo.

Me resultó una opción sencilla pero muy buena para hospedarme en Ushuaia. Lugar cálido, con habitaciones con lo necesario para estar bien. Atendida por personas jóvenes, muy bien dispuestas a dar buen servicio.

Estuvimos alojados en una de las habitaciones pasando el patio. Habitacion pequeña, quizas le falte lugar de guardado para ser mas comoda pero la estadia es placentera. Muy bien calefaccionada, limpia y silenciosa. El desayuno es basico pero suficiente. Esta a 4/5 cuadras del centro pero para el regreso (en subida) es necesario un taxi que en la ciudad abundan.

Una hermosa construcción del hotel y una mejor ubicación en la ciudad, a solo 5 cuadras de la calle principal. Una excelente atención de los recepcionistas, realmente actuaron con la mayor calidad en la atención asesorándonos para la realización de todas las excursiones y trekkings posible. El desayuno muy completo Por sobre todo un muy buen precio
