Let me talk about the shortcomings first. The room is too small and the facilities in the room are incomplete. The whole room has only two power outlets, one under the table and one in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. There is no air conditioning, but there is electric heating, it is very close to the table, it is easy to be scalded, and the sound insulation is not good. Breakfast is average, but in Ushuaia in winter, there are fresh fruits, meat, and fullness, so you can’t ask for too much, and the pastries are quite delicious. The hotel is on a hillside, a certain distance away from the tourist area of Ushuaia. It takes 20 minutes to walk and take a taxi for 100 pesos, about 10 yuan, which is acceptable. Otherwise, the heavy snow will still feel like going home on the snow. Besides the advantages, the scenery is invincible, because on the hillside, the view is excellent, and the hotel lobby overlooks the entire harbour. On the other side is a small forest. There are hotels and travel agencies in the city center, so the tickets for national parks and lighthouses with them are discounted very much. You can also pick up and drop off from the door to the park, which is very convenient.

I am on a business trip halfway a year. The service at this hotel is really 5 stars. Bar's sandwiches and soups are the most exquisite meals I have ever eaten in South America, and the potato chips are also the best; the hotel can be seen at a small size. -Modern, bright apartments with a very good location since they are one block from the main street of Ushuaia. -They offer towels, bedding and amenities in the bathroom, which are liquid soap, conditioner and shampoo. They also have a hair dryer. They also leave you sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and sachets of powdered milk. -It is equipped with the basics for cooking. -The heating is very good. -Regarding the wifi, it was a little bad only once, but being on vacation, it's the thing that mattered the least to me. -Check in is done at a hotel just around the corner, where you can leave your suitcases in storage until you can enter. To enter the apartment and the building, they assign you a code, so you don't have to worry about the keys. -If you want to have breakfast at said hotel, you can do it at an extra cost and if you need the apartment cleaned during your stay it is also at an extra cost and you can request it for a specific day, if you do not want it done every day . -The reception staff are very attentive and answer all the questions you have.

I hate leaving bad reviews; travelling here from the US was a long and exhausting process. I arrived at 07:30, way ahead of check in, and didn't expect a room, but maybe a place where I could sit and have coffee. Gentlemen at the desk said coffee was part of breakfast buffet, that I needed to wait until I was checked in for the next day. Really? I couldn't have coffee even though I was booked here two nights? Wow. I got checked in at 1, which was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm. I found the thermostat and turned the heat to cool. Tried to nap (up all night traveling here), but it was too warm. And, I heard people talking like they were in my room. They were in an adjacent room - talking in normal voices - no sound barrier at all! I set the air to the coldest setting and left, returned a couple of hours later and the room was hot. I called the front desk and was told no air conditioning and to open a window. Loud construction and traffic - and the neighbors talking = no sleep again. Day 2, repeat. New neighbors talking, room still hot, loud noises out the window. The hotel also offers free WiFi, but it was slow and intermittent at best. Just terrible. I thought I would give them a pass on that since we were at the ”end of the world,” but found the restaurants I ate at had good WiFi. Asides: no water or coffee available except until 10:00. The bigger issue was water, as the guides I read claimed ”tap water in Ushuaia is not potable.” I've traveled to Africa (several times), Borneo, Thailand, Norway, S Korea, Costa Rica - every place I've stayed provided water, and most had coffee or other beverages available throughout the day as complimentary. To be fair, they provided bottled water in the rooms - but in the mini bar for a price. And breakfast? The breakfast plates they provide are the size of coffee saucers! And the first thing they took away from the breakfast bar was the coffee pot!! So - not impressed. I would not stay here again.

The scenery is too beautiful. It can be a business trip and just stayed for one day. If you come here in winter, it is really great. It is very suitable for vacation and the prices are also very cheap. King crabs and steaks are very cheap. Argentine Sol The exchange rate is really invincible

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through an agency and I warned that I was going with my 80-year-old mother and we wanted a simple but comfortable room. We arrived in the hotel from El Calafat well tired, but as soon as we checked in, we noticed that the door was badly closed and we started the maintenance that was repairing it. As soon as we returned and remarked the room, we saw that the apple was the least of the problems. The room was a real horror show. The two covers had various hair and hair threads and the floor was clean (foto attached) . The smaller bed ranched high and there was noise from the old doors of the neighbouring rooms and the old tube that passed through the wooden roof (photo of the hot water marks). I called for reception at the time, because I had noticed that we were in the old hotel rooms corridor and there was a neighboring corridor with newer and more lighted doors. The person who attended me said the manager did not allow the exchange because that was the room I had hired, and I asked you to get me out of it because we needed to sleep and that I would pay for the new room that was so unacceptable was to stay in the room they gave us. After a lot of insistence, they gave me the new room for only 3 nights and I made every change alone afternoon exhausted. The next day I complained with the agency, including videos, and gave us the five nights without charge. The facts suggest that you confirm whether the reservation is in the dirty and noisy part of the hotel or in the careful part, because it seems to be two hotels.
