Very satisfied with a stay experience, I like the light and luxurious decoration, the environment is good and quiet, the room is clean, the handsome guy at the front desk has a good service attitude, the elder sister of the room is also very enthusiastic, and the surrounding shopping malls are very close It's very convenient to go shopping and eat. 訂房間的時候因為這個酒店是高層，面向東面天晴可以看到博格達峯，所以特意電話聯繫前台，幫忙留兩間向東的高空夜景房，還把我的訂單名字加了向東兩間的後綴。以為萬無一失了。
到店之後發現該酒店就是在高層裏拼接的幾層，整棟樓裏有將近十家酒店，共用電梯環境之混亂可想而知。
辦入住，前台還有不知名嘔吐物，再次被環境震驚。我和老公帶着親戚家十四歲的女孩子一起出門的，定了兩間大床房，前台在拿着我們身份證的情況下，問是不是我老公和小女孩住一間，我自己住一間！！這是什麼業務能力？明明可以衹問怎麼住，但是他偏要問是不是成年男性和個未成年女孩一起住？這麼問，******再就是業務能力差***！！
進房間，味道非常難聞，香水味下掩蓋着尿騷味和煙味。地毯非常臟。床邊還擺放着販賣的性用品！！我們帶着十四歲的小孩呢！！這是個什麼性質的酒店？反正不適合家庭出遊！
然後發現窗不是向東的，打電話問前台，前台説該酒店沒有向東的夜景大床房！！那我之前打電話的時候為什麼不告知！！你説沒有我根本不會訂這個房間！！
總之，非常差的入住體驗。

平心而論，酒店唯一好的一點就是 距離火車站很近，步行十幾分鍾就可以到達。其餘就沒有了
這是一片全是公寓式酒店的小商圈，一棟樓裏可能有三四家酒店，環境很亂電梯也很臟，衹有簡單的便利店、快餐等。
關於酒店房間，空間還好，緊湊也沒什麼，畢竟淡季定的價格也便宜。但是！一進去就有一股非常濃郁的消毒水味，清潔也不夠乾淨，給人一種臟兮兮的感覺。洗漱用品放在看不到的位置就算了，沒有拖鞋，找前台問，説保潔阿姨下班了他也沒辦法？？？我們強調洗澡需要，才效率極低的邊和朋友聊天邊説找人給我們送來，等了很久才説可以去房間了…

我也不知道打掃沒打掃，因為燈多，滿屋的灰空中看的格外清楚，桌子上還有透明黏糊的東西，鏡子洗漱台的水印也都是，最不能理解的還有之前客人留下的鞋墊。
