It was so remote that I couldn’t get a taxi and I really almost missed my flight.

The hotel is located far away, but it is very suitable for self-driving tours. There is sufficient parking lot, the room is clean, the double bed is large and soft, the terrace has a good view, and there is a public pool. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can already see the smiling receptionist welcoming you with a smile. I'm from Hong Kong and don't understand Japanese. There was a Chinese waiter at the Family Hotel who helped me translate throughout the entire process. This kind of service made me feel valued and it's rare. The hotel is located on a mountain, so it would be a little scary to go back and drive up the mountain at night. There are no street lights on the road, but it will not stop me from staying. The pillows in the hotel are very comfortable and I can sleep well even though I have always been an insomniac. I boldly asked the hotel to buy a pillow. Originally, the hotel refused to allow it, but I knew that I was a chronic insomniac and it was difficult to find a pillow that I could sleep on. With the help of the Chinese waitress, the hotel finally agreed to bury a pillow for me. I hope I can sleep peacefully every day. In addition to the good service attitude of this hotel, they also care more about the physical and mental health of their guests. This is really unexpected by me. When I left the hotel, the Chinese lady who was the waiter took the initiative to help me check my luggage into the car. She even stood patiently outside the door waiting for me to take care of everything in the car and drive away. She bowed and waved with a big smile and looked at me in the rear mirror. When I saw her, she never left, still smiling and waving to my car until I couldn’t see her anymore😍 This hotel has been included in my preferred location and I will definitely stay there when I come to Okinawa in the future. I would like to sincerely thank all the waiters in this hotel for their help and hospitality. It made me feel like I was back home. I am even more sincerely grateful to the Chinese waiter. Her kind and full smile made my trip worth a lot of points. I sincerely thank you for the hospitality of this very high-quality hotel. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

周囲に何も無い素敵な環境。しかし夕食の選択肢がビュッフェまたはせんべろしかないのは困る。夕食を取りに近隣の町に行くにしては少し遠い。お酒を楽しむならタクシーで往復？Uberは利用できるのか？ レストランのスタッフは親切に対応してくれるのはせめてもの救いかなと感じた。

Anyway, the scenery is amazing! The room is also clean. There is a buffet for dinner, but I couldn't eat that much, so I had the rice cracker plan and was very satisfied with the appetizers. You can also have a BBQ if you make a reservation, so the location was great. There was also a baby goat, which was really cute. The only negative point is that the sewage system was broken and the bathroom was filled with the smell of sewage, so I think it needs to be repaired. However, if I have a chance to go to Okinawa next time, I would like to go there again.

Very friendly and helpful. Trip with high school students. Nice, clean rooms. Not the amenities I’m used to. No microwave or iron or ironing board. Nice clean bathroom. Nice view. Good buffet. Not close to anything so it’s good if you want to get away.

It was an amazing place to stay. We’re golfers, so the location is very convenient to a number of great courses in the area. The pool was outstanding. The staff and service was awesome. We’ll stay again.

On the mountain between the east coast and the west coast, you can see the sea views on both sides at a glance. The price is cheap, the scenery is beautiful, and it is very high-end.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Old hotel, spacious and clean room, old windows not soundproofed, pillows that are too high do not allow for a good rest, problems flushing the toilet, 5 km from the nearest beach

It's an old hotel. The location is in the mountains, so it has a nice view, but it's not a good place to drive late at night. It was nice to have a large swimming pool, and most of the guests seemed to be staying in groups. Breakfast didn't have a variety of menus, but it was enough to fill our stomachs. Since the hotel is larger than the number of guests, we will stay quietly. What was disappointing was that there wasn't even a small table, there were no tables or chairs on the terrace, the lounge bar closed early, and the interior of the room was not clean. I saw several hairs in the room and bathroom.
