Andréia, Rodnei e Edna melhoraram e muito a nossa experiência em Urubici! Foram extremamente acolhedores e atenciosos conosco, eu e minha mãe. São pessoas bem queridas. Rodnei, além de nos receber na pousada, nos levou para conhecer lugares lindos. A Andréia, mesmo bastante ocupada com as tarefas da pousada, estava sempre preocupada em oferecer o melhor pra nós. Dona Edna preparava nosso café e sempre muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A família ainda nos levou pra conhecer o aras local, um baita passeio! Recomendo a Pousada Encanto Serrano e já quero voltar! Obrigada 😀

Local agradável, apesar da pouca experiência dos proprietários. Fomos bem atendidos, apesar de algumas falhas importantes, como a falta de frigobar num calor de 40 graus! forneceram uma térmica com água gelada, e não foi por gentileza, foi muito bem cobrada!!

Estivemos na pousada no final de semana. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe da pousada, especialmente pela proprietária Andréia e e seu esposo Rudinei. Quarto aconchegante bem decorado, com pétalas de flores sobre a cama. Jardim e área de convívio muito bonito. Café da manhã muito bom. Preço acessível. Recomendamos.
