My experience with this hotel is a completely disaster. I arrived 00:30 in the morning and saw a note on door saying check-in stops at 10pm, which is un-heard of. Is there any hotel that stops service in the night? What kind of hotel it would be? No one was at the reception. I called the number they left on the note, twice, no one answered. Knocked the door for 10min, no one showed up. I cannot find a place to sleep in the middle of night as all hotels around happened to be fully booked at that time. In the end I spent my night on a couch in the airport. Then the hotel refuses to refund. Saying that they have tried to contact me, and there was people at the reception. It is 100% a lie. Why can’t I get in if someone is there? Why would I took a photo of your note if someone was there? Why would I call twice at 00:43am and 1:23am if someone was waiting for me? I asked for evidence that they tried to contact me. They cannot show any. They just wouldn’t give my money back even if I have to spend my night on a couch. There is no need to argue with the hotel anymore. I have proof and they don’t. It is as simple as that. For anyone who is thinking about this hotel, please be careful. If you don’t make the hotel before 10pm. Good luck, as you may have to spend your night in some place funny. To be honest, I don’t care about the money. I leave a comment here so you will know how you should do your business.

Quaint bed and breakfast in a lovely fishing village near the airport. We've stayed here twice, and both times found the facilities to be excellent and the service to be personable. Will definitely stay again!

I was able to checkin a little early. The hostess was very cheerful and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you.

Daniella made a wonderful breakfast! Very lovely lady! She also arranged for a driver for us to and from the airport. The driver Paolo also provided a guided day in Rome for a very reasonable fee! Looking forward to our next visit here. Highly recommend. Restaurants galore!! Short walk to the sea and a bit further to the public beach. Very friendly community. Miss it already.

A quiet little hotel where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance from several nice restaurants and very close to the water if one wishes to take advantage of that. Extremely friendly staff who were very helpful in arranging transportation and making sure we were taken care of.

Domus Lina was a wonderful little hotel with a great location about 1-1/2 miles from the Rome airport! There are restaurants all over around the hotel with fresh seafood as the ocean is a half mile away and the fishing boats all come in at night and park on the canal. Our host Daniela is a wonderful, sweet lady who takes care of the entire place by herself and cooks the pastries for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place if you need a place to catch an early morning flight. That will even arrange a shuttle to the airport for you at a fair price, about 30% less than the taxis will charge you.

Nice location, only 10 minutes from airport. Pretty good dining choices within walking distance. Clean, roomy, and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed overnight in order to be near the airport. The property is a guesthouse, not a full service hotel, but perfect for that last night before a morning flight out of Rome’s Fiumicino airport. Very accommodating; excellent service. We’ve used it before and will again on future trips.
