We had drinks here one night and dinner and drinks another night. Both nights we watched the sunset, and it is beautiful from this hotel! They make good drinks and the staff are lovely. We will definetly recommend, if you are looking for a good place to get food and/or drinks while having a first class view of the sunset :-)

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, very close to the horn of the shark and the old castle, and very close to the sea. Anyway, visiting the old city, this location is very good. Note that the hotel is a homestay, there is no 24-hour front desk, it is recommended to talk to the store or Ctrip customer service before check-in, so as not to enter the door.

We spent a beautiful stay at DOZ from August 29 to September 10 2019.nous We were very welcome. We recommend the different restaurants that you eat very well. The hotel is excellent, staff are always at the small care on the beach, breakfast, dinner and always with a smile. Cocktails are very good. Zanzibar is a beautiful country where there are very beautiful beaches. We will return there without waiting for too long before a mass tourism that risks degrading the image of this beautiful country. Thank you again to Mwinyi and the staff of the DOZ.
