We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

This is a great hotel. Although it may not be as fancy as other Disney Resort Hotels, it is definitely the most affordable one. The rooms are huge, the breakfast buffets are free for some room bookings and if you are lucky, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the balcony! There are four breakfast buffet restaurants in Sheraton, and Galleria will be the best for kids. With cotton candy machines and nice jellies, the kids will love this buffet. It is even recommended for adults—the selection of food there is great. There is all types of food, from miso soup to pasta to salads and fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, you can get the delicious pastries or even the cotton candy! There also many drinks and a wide array of food items!There are also connecting rooms for families of four and above. If you want to stay in the Disney area, this is the most affordable hotel you will find!

Stayed in this hotel coz of esports tournament. Organiser booked for all teams. Price was a bit steep and there’s not much I can do unless I’m going to Disneyland. 1 hour traveling time if you wanna go to town. Service staffs are trained very well. Cleanliness is very good. 1 of those hotels that really check on cleanliness and room cleaning superb 👍🏻Staffs were very well mannered and helpful. Hotel uses Crabtree & Evelyn products. You don’t need to bring your own. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

Yes, the room has a good view, and three coins can be sent to buy drinks. It is very close to the station. You can wash clothes on the fifth floor. Heating lunches. The hotel environment is good. The lobby is spacious. I hope the price will be lower next time.

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

Two people used this to go to both Disneyland and Seaside. First of all, all the staff on the shuttle bus from the land to the hotel and when checking in are very kind. There is a free drink corner in the shuttle bus/lounge, there is lotion and makeup remover available at Ameritei, the room is clean and clean, and the best part is that the toilet/bath is separate. The only thing to note is that breakfast must be reserved at least 3 days in advance. The accommodation rate is reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We had a wonderful time in Japan. We will probably visit again but until then we say... Domo Arigatou &... Sayonara! Malay Adhikari (Melbourne, Australia)

Used for a mid-night stay in Disney for 2 days. I decided on the size of the room, the bath and toilet are separate, and there is a microwave oven. Check-in was crowded because it was returning from Disney, but there was a lounge with a wide 々 next to the lobby, and there was a free drink, so it was good for elementary school children to wait slowly. Lawson, who bought dinner, was crowded, but there was no shortage, and it was convenient to buy children's dinner, sweets (ice and the next day), juice, alcohol, etc. And thanks to the microwave in the room, I could go back to the room and eat immediately after I bought it, and I thought it was very good for my children. The bath is also wide 々 with a washroom, and it was good to put it slowly without worrying because it was separate from the toilet. The bed is also large ２, so it seemed to be easy to sleep with wide 々. Adults and high school students have a large space even if they wake up late, and this time they have a TV at the table, and this time they have a sofa space, so adults have easy-to-use rooms such as organizing and packing their luggage. After all, the children were sleeping comfortably in a big letter in the bed, so one slept in the sofa space, but it was a large enough sofa for a simple bed. Check out is easy to leave immediately by putting the key in the machine and operating.

The location was great, about ２ minutes walk from the station. However, I thought that honestly, the hospitality was insufficient that the staff of ３ did not turn back to the front desk and did not deal with one person while I noticed that the customer was standing in front of the front desk. I look forward to future improvements.
