Super 8 by Wyndham Upland Ontario CA

The motel was sketchy as hell as soon as we got to the property. The water pressure was garbage, the bed was lopsided and the mattress was stained. We were only provided with two crap pillows and the blanket can't even be considered a blanket honestly. The maid service was lazy and untimely. The towels were all gross and had holes and were super old whenever we did manage to even get new towels in our 6 day stay. The area didn't seem safe at all and there was always some kind of yelling going on. The microwave didn't work and the AC barely functioned at all so the heater did nothing.

It was surprisingly a great experience and would definitely recommend this motel to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

We have no problem staying at older/budget friendly hotels where the owners take pride in their hotel and keep their hotel clean. Unfortunately that's NOT the case here! Before arriving I had tried calling the front desk 2 times, but neither call was answered. When arriving to check-in there was no one at the front desk and after waiting a few minutes we gave a loud "Hello", still no response. Finally, after calling the front desk a clerk did arrive. (In hindsight, we should have left straight away seeing how unkempt the lobby area was.) The room had been updated somewhat, but the work done was sloppy. In addition, the baseboards, shower shelves, etc. looked like they had not been cleaned in several months - which makes one wonder if any cleaning had been done since the last guest! Only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth were in the room, empty kleenex dispenser... The final straw was seeing the juice for 'breakfast' (granola bars or instant oatmeal) in jugs! Someone could easily take a swig straight from one of the jugs and returning it to the cooler as no one is ever at the front desk - yuck!!!

This is not a safe hotel or family friendly place and should not be rated as a place anyone would want to stay. Scary and unsafe

I didn't like the Indian lady who was working on Jan. 24 at 730pm I made reservations on-,line with my expieda app. She wás trying to charge me a , 100 deposited she said if I didn't pay she couldn't give mebta room I hadk reservation h

I love this place the staff is super friendly the guy who runs the place is really cool i recommend to anybody who wants a safe environment to stay

Yes we checked in late but the clerk wasn't very Friendly then the space very old outdated. Price was good only needed for one night.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Only complaint was TV didn’t work properly and no hot water for shower. It was a good location for all the events I did that weekend and they accommodated my requests. I would stay again.
