We booked this hotel through *********** and were looking for a room for the four of us. When we checked in at the reception, we were told that we have one king-size double bed for two, and the other two should sleep on the pull-out couch. We started to complain about that fact, and we were told that if that couch didn't suit us, we could return and that they would provide us with a new room with more suitable beds. After we were in the room and saw that the couch was very hard, we came back and asked them to give us another room. The same man (I thin he is the head of reception) who offered us a replacement after 5 minutes says that the room cannot be replaced??? We called a taxi because we were late at dinner and wanted to leave the car in front of the hotel, so we asked the reception if we could leave it for 3-4 hours and put it in the garage later. The same guy refused us with the reasoning that this is not allowed. So we must park our car in the garage for 12€ daily. For the next two days, two identical cars were parked in front whole time!!! Audi and Volkswagen. I don't know why we were treated like this, but someone in the hotel should deal with the reception (I mean the man who seems to me like the head of the reception; saw french flag on his badge). The room was clean, the maid did her job very well. Shower in the room was broken and it mixes cold and warm water even you are doing nothing.
