The door to outside would not lock and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.

We went to go in the room there was dirt all over the floor they charged me 121 and not 71 like I had with you all worst hotel experience ever that while building feels dirty I for one will never stay there again

Good for the price.Dont expect anything fancy just the bare minimum.To all my gamers goodluck plugging in hdmi it took me a second but I got it.

It was awful I will not ever go back again

Did not like that it was so close to a highway (noisy) but it was convenient for traveling around the Cincinnati area.

Room had a cigarette smell to it

The rooms have been completely remodeled and updated. Our room was very clean and we most definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Was not at all what the app stated. No coffee pot in rooms and coffee was extremely limited. Extremely disappointed.

The musky smell was prevalent in the room and if you are not used to the sounds of a busy highway you are in trouble as it does not let up through the night. For the price it wasn't too bad but you are getting what you paid for.

Main door has an inch gap around it that allowed bugs in. Bathroom door jams. Noisy.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. My only dislike was that each of the people working the desk were disengaged and seemed bored. They should learn to be friendly and not seem brain dead.

It was very comfortable and quiet. The only problem I had was that there was no refrigerator or microwave, due to remodeling. There should be NEW ones there by now though, from what the staff told me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will most likely return someday.

Excellent stay. Clean, xomfortable stay. Breakfast a little more limited than I would like and rhw automatic hallway lights needed a small time change adjustment, but my check in was great with a fantastic clerk. Room better than epected. I will be back soon!
