Great location next to the shopping mall. Lots pc doning options at night around the vicinity too

First of all, the location was great. It was spacious and comfortable. There is an additional cost for the Ferris wheel view room. Still, the Ferris wheel was so pretty at night that I took the risk and used it. If you want to stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the best place. It’s close to the airport too.

This hotel has a beautiful view, cozy rooms, and friendly staff.

I’m so glad that there is a luxury hotel in Ulsan. The room is basic, but the size of the room is not small, and the TV is big. It is very convenient as it is connected to Lotte Department Store.

This place is only a 5-star hotel, but there are only 2 check-in fronts, and they don't care whether guests wait or not. If you get delayed at check-in, you have to be prepared to wait for over 10 minutes. And I checked in and got the key, but the door wouldn't open... I ended up opening it with the master key. .. And you’re giving me an upgrade at that late hour? What a 5-star hotel. I will never go there again.

The staff are so kind. Thanks to that, I was able to solve some inconveniences and stay comfortably! ah! I think it would be better if there were 2 card keys.

It could be because it was a weekday, but I went from the parking lot to the hotel, so parking was very convenient. Finally, it was nice that they were so kind until check-out. Everything was good However, I was a little confused because I had to purchase toothbrushes and toothpaste separately.

Last Sunday was the day the swimming pool and fitness club closed once a month. There was no comment at the time of reservation and I couldn't confirm it on Trip.com. I made a reservation to go all the way out to use the swimming pool, which was very absurd. I don't want to make a reservation like this again, so I guess I have to check and make a reservation by phone every time. If so, there would be no point in using the app. Anyway, this is it. Other than that, I have no complaints about the accommodation service.
