Martian campsite in the Ulanqab Mountains

I rarely write negative reviews. I have always thought that in the hotel service industry, price and service quality should be directly proportional. The service corresponding to the price of 643 is no better than that of high-end hotels. It should at least be benchmarked against chain hotels. First, there is a lack of heating equipment. On the night of check-in, the temperature in the mountains was very low, and the temperature in the tent was even lower. We talked about adding a heater and a quilt. In the end, we were told that there was no heater and we could add a quilt, but the quilt was never brought. Second, the bathroom facilities are very poor. Two of the faucets were crooked. There were so many tents and there was only one women's bathroom. I had to wait until very late to enter. Thirdly, the room service is very poor. There are no bath towels in the room. I communicated with the B&B but they said they don’t have them. How can I take a shower? And only 2 bottles of water are provided for free. It costs 4 yuan to add water after drinking. Having stayed in so many hotels, charging for bottled drinking water really makes me speechless. Let’s improve the service. How much should we charge and what standard of service should be provided? There are many good experiences in the domestic hotel industry that we can learn from. Although geographical location is your innate advantage, service quality is the core of long-term success.

Our Land Rover team drove to the Ulan Hada volcano group. This hotel is at the foot of the volcano. The location is great. We can watch the sunrise and sunset of the volcano and enjoy the masterpiece of nature! The staff's service is great, they are very thoughtful and have prepared many surprises! Tent, grassland, volcano, roasted sheep, ice cream, enjoy the scenery and tranquility away from the city, travel with the family and friends in the caravan, a great activity, a very nice hotel, very beautiful🌋

房間很不錯，環境超美，真的超美，有超級可愛的兩衹貓貓，早上還會有牛在附近吃草，晚上可以看到超多星星，很nice。但是帳篷的通病吧，白天太熱，晚上冷需要有準備～公共的衞生間和淋浴間，衞生間不算很乾凈，但是可以用，淋浴間有一個，衞生條件還算可以，但是水不熱，晚上洗的太冷…

真不愧是朋友推薦的露營好地方！上週我朋友剛來過，説這家帳篷露營很不錯！！！所以提前定好房間！昨天我們是4點多過來的，温度剛好，天有點兒陰，不曬，有微風，很舒服！穿個防曬衣就夠了，店家很熱情接待了我們！爬山的時候是穿着宇航服去的，拿着小國旗就是真的置身月球！4號火山這邊地質風貌保存的很好，我朋友攝影小白都能拍出大片感覺！之後我們去看了帳篷，帳篷很寬敞，佈置的温馨優雅，質量也很好，既抗風又厚實！而且店家很貼心，有準備供暖熱備！ 晚餐是在星空下進行的：手把肉、羊肉串、肚包肉等特色蒙餐燒烤➕美酒安排起來！分量足，味道好！羊肉一點兒都不羶！抬頭看着星空，低頭品着美酒，還放了漂亮的煙火！ 今天早上還有蒙古早餐：奶茶、燒麥還有水果不僅好吃還很精緻！ 説真的他們這裏真是住的舒服，吃的美味！玩兒的也很盡興！ 遠離城市的喧囂，釋放天性的絕佳聖地！這裏的露營真心推薦！強烈推薦！！！

非常棒的一次團建活動，我們車隊一行來到山裡營地，老闆特別熱情，提前給我們做了歡迎道旗，營地還給小朋友送了冰淇淋。現場工作人員接待也很熱情，需求都及時響應。晚上集體在營地燒烤，烤羊排味道很贊，第二天集體自助早餐也很不錯，特別棒的的一次活動，不虛此行！

非常有趣有紀念的一次體驗，酒店風格就很奈斯，環境奈斯衞生奈斯，下午茶跟飲品也都很精美。 好好可愛的小羊羔子，還遇到了一羣可愛的人。 遼闊的草原裏 火山口邊 星空下 恰個啤酒露營走一波兒~~~~

和老公出來找童心，第一次選擇露營，之前非常擔心，來了之後所有的擔心都不存在，營地的設施非常好非常新，還有老闆送的下午茶，晚餐點了燒烤，遇到了車友隊開爬梯，營地就在三號火山口附近，晚上有星星，還有煙花。老闆和小姐姐都非常熱情～早餐也非常正宗。
