I moved here from another hotel to get closer to the square. There are many options at this price! I woke up very early in the morning. There was a garbage truck disposing of garbage outside. There was an entertainment venue next to it. There was the noise of drunken people outside the window very late at night.

The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator in the room. After staying for two days, a waiter came to clean the room every day. The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

The building annex has been renovated and is very nice. It's very close to Government Square, which has a cool weekend market and nighttime activities. I went there in September, which was low season, so I don't think the service was particularly good that time. I wouldn't object to staying here again, but I would prefer a better hotel. The bed here is probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. Under no circumstances should you exchange banknotes at this hotel.
