I don't want a room on the first floor and I don't want a handicap room but they insisted I take both and I refused I had to speak to the manager the front desk clerks were not very pleasant or accommodating I won't stay here again there's nothing plus about this Best Western Plus

I was on my last night of a cross country road trip and purposely booked a more comfortable hotel. The room was great. The hot tub was great too. My only negative feedback is that the mattress felt cheap and wasn’t very comfortable

Very helpful staff. This property is a bit out of Ogden proper, but convenient to the highway.
There was a fair amount of highway noise as well as trains.
The furnishings could use an update but it was a good value for the money.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Later in the night we were looking for an extra blanket for the bed but there wasn’t one in the room. Also personal preference but I like my pillows more firm than what was available. Besides those two things the stay was great!

The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday night was so amazingly hospitable. We interacted with him a few times and he was just nicest person and a great conversationalist. He is a gem and the hotel is a perfect location for visiting Weber state.

Great property that is well taken care of. Great location for a Snowbasin Ski trip. Right at the south end of town. Great Hot Tub for after skiing. The staff were all very nice and accomodating.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. It is clean, rooms are spacious, quiet, good service and the breakfast is always good. It’s a little hard to get in and out of, but when you get used to it, it is fine. Parking can be a little tight. It used to be a bit more reasonably priced, but like all things, inflation has hit. I still like staying here.
