Check in with my family around 4pm, we arrived from dinner from Udon center around 9pm in the same afternoon, the hotel room started to freeze at 22 degrees at full power, and we realized that the air conditioning The room could not be controlled independently, it could only be controlled by master control for the entire hotel, that was the explanation received. We have a baby with health problems who cannot sleep with the air at such a low temperature, but this was not enough for anyone to assist us at the hotel, the only response we had was "it is not possible and it is not possible", and The person in charge has finished his shift, apart from the two people at the reception that night, I didn't see anyone else. The customer service of this place is very bad, not to mention how dirty the facilities were, and a clogged shower, and an uncomfortable room and a hard bed, a terrible experience that I do not recommend to any family, especially with children. This place was recommended to us as family recreation and good service, but our experience was the opposite. Finally we had to check out at 9:30 pm, and they didn't even give us a discount for the poor service received, and they kept the money, and hopefully they reimbursed us for the second day that was already paid for.

Let’s start with why l went here in the 1st place and that was because of the GYM. I was on a mission to work on my health and fitness. Was the GYM worth going too? This GYM at 9D Hotel is exceptionally good with excellent, well maintained equipment. There are 3 Floors to this gym with scheduled workout activities on the top floor along with a basketball court which was a real bonus as it’s been years since lve shot some hoops. To access the gym you will have to get an arm band at reception. The pool area is adequate and your kids will love it. Now onto the rooms = my room was on the 3rd floor with pool views. Extremely spacious,clean, with a huge comfortable bed and the bathroom was of excellent size also which had large shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. Buffet breakfast l found to be sufficient with a decent selection and staff were great. On saying this the buffet seemed to be the same everyday during my stay which wasn’t a deal breaker. So all in all and the above was fantastic. Now to the negatives = Cafe downstairs was never open once during my stay. This hotel is quite a distance from the centre of town so l hired a motorbike for my stay from happy motorbike & Car Rental which is situated opposite Central Udon.
