The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

Visited the shiv nivas palace’s panthya for my parents anniversary! And what spectacular ambience and great food! Mr pratap singh provided with great service. The ambience makes you want to never leave. The decor is royalty!! Would surely recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, superb location and ambience, excellent service and staff Compliments to the chefs for a wonderful and memorable meal, the best we had on our Indian holiday. Our waiter Lalu Ram was most kind and attentive. The food was delicious and so much to enjoy!

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your demands met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jagmandir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Excellent service in palkikhana restaurant by shivniwas ... There food was awesome and wonderful the taste of food was delicious ambience was good chandragupta singh specially take care of our table and the service was good we recommend. The restaurant visit again

This is a little old building. But so you can feel like I'm living in the Royal palace a long time ago. The interior decorations of the building are very beautiful. Above all, breakfast is really delicious. The restaurant's staff Ralu Ram is really friendly. I had a happy time with my family here.

Palkikhana resturant located medil of city palace. We had lunch . Food was excellent we had margrita pizza with coke . Service done by sukhpreet. washroom was cleain and mainten. Good experience with good food. Again thanks to sukhprit Recommended
