The rooms in the hotel area are very spacious and airy, (the smallest room is 42m2), but the room design and color are not really beautiful. The bathroom is equipped with lights on the ceiling and the light is very weak, so when looking at the mirror, you can see the dark and dark sheets on the face sometimes look quite scary. The toilet water is exhausted. Rosa Alba does not take advantage of building more rooms behind, so 100% of the hotel rooms have sea views (direct), very nice sea view. The corridor is spacious, airy, sunny and windy. The room with the best view is the room on the high floor and the main location in the middle (directly looking down to the pool), that is the 810, 811 or nearby apartments, followed by 710, 711, 610, 611, 510, 511, 410, 411. There are many swimming pools running along the main middle of the resort area (if instead it is a big pool, it will be even better). Good service. Very good price. The biggest minus point is that there is no gate to the beach, guests who want to swim have to go through the tunnel below, climb quite a lot of steps, no elevator or elevator, making it difficult for the elderly. The resort is located in a quiet area quite separate from the surrounding area, it should be very good, but because there are quite a lot of empty land around, it is empty at night and if walking, it is a bit scared for weak people. In March, the wind is big, the waves are strong, you can't swim. Book through Trip.com good price but the booking information will take a while later to update on the hotel system (book through many other pages, the booking information will be transferred to the hotel immediately).

The name Royal Khanh Hotel is aspirational. I expected something grand but it's a pretty ordinary older hotel. My ”Royal Suite” was an ordinary room that merely was a bit larger than most other rooms in the hotel. Nothing fancy about anything in the hotel. Don't misunderstand: the hotel was clean, the desk personnel were helpful, the breakfast had a variety of tasty options, etc., but the name of the hotel and the name of my room led me to expect more than it actually was. The neighborhood is in among shops, restaurants, and a variety of other small businesses some distance from any tourist attractions, of which Tuy Hoa has very few. (I was in Tuy Hoa only as a waypoint between other destinations.) I'd stay there again if I wanted a decent, clean, quiet hotel at a reasonable price but don't expect more than that.

Kool House is a great place to stay in Tuy Hoa. It's located in a small lane behind the main street which means it's very quiet. There's a nice cafe on the corner of the lane. The hotel has a homely design on the outside and inside, beautifully decorated in modern indochine style, especially the lobby. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were happy with our King room with internal balcony. Breakfast is ok, eggs and baguette. But it doesn't include the coffee which is strange as we received a charge at checkout. The staff are very friendly, including My who was always at reception and happily offered her assistance with a smile anytime of day. We rented a good motorbike from the hotel for a good price so we could explore the province. There are lots of interesting places to the north and south of the city which can be explored over several days, we stayed 2 nights but really needed 1 or 2 more. What can be improved? Add a curtain to the door to the balcony and more hot water for the shower which was warm. Improve the quality of the cafe sua da Vietnamese coffee to be like a local cafe it will be better, and include it with the breakfast price, plus serve the baguette warm. An easy fix. We would definitely return to stay if we come back to Tuy Hoa.

This hotel is located just a few minutes walking to the beach, on one of the busy and hotel strip of Hung Vuong Blvd. There are restaurants and coffee shops in the hotel and around the hotel. The room are nice clean with view. The rest room are well maintain and acceptable. There are free bottles of water provided in my room. Breakfast food is good and tasty with many choice of Vietnamese, and Western dishes. Staff are helpful from the front desk to security personals to house keeping. I like to stay here whenever I stop by Tuy Hoa for a short beach vacation.
