It is an excellent choice for staying in Turin. Structure with ancient charm but very well renovated. Our room, a triple, was a little narrow but very clean and very functional. The only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom. Very good and varied breakfast, served in a very elegant setting.

I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apar**ent directly with the owner for my son's graduation. There were 4 of us including my 85 year old father. When we arrived the apar**ent was not available and we were given one with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and an uncomfortable sofa bed. After 6 hours of travel I didn't have the time or desire to find anything else and we adapted. To my polite request for a price reduction the lady didn't feel she had to grant it. I paid what I owed and, regardless of the lack of professionalism, it was still too much for a very neglected apar**ent. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Davina who was really kind (probably used to running for cover)

Excellent welcome, excellent breakfast with varied and inviting buffet with home-made cakes. Strategic position and clean rooms with an eye to history. Covered car parking available near the property.

I stayed in this cozy b&b for the Harry Styles concert with my daughter. Everything was perfect. We were able to walk both to the Pala Alpitour and to the center the next day. The area is very quiet. The b&b has a charm of times gone by with its antique furniture mixed with the modern. The breakfast was fantastic. It was a fantastic stay, made so also and above all by Mrs. Davina who, with her availability and sweetness, made us feel at home.

I stayed at the B&B La luna e i falò without knowing much about the structure, I must say that I was surprised by many things (in a positive sense). The scrupulous cleanliness, the well-managed retro style of the furnishings, the breakfast not to be underestimated both in quantity and in the refinement of the service and last but not least, the extreme kindness of Davina whom I particularly thank. In short, in short, a recommended structure both for those who simply want to feel at ease but also for those who intend to live a few days in a historic place that has been excellently maintained. PS: this palace was the home of the famous writer Cesare Pavese for about 20 years. You will not regret it.

La Luna e i faló is located in a historic building in Turin, the one in which Cesare Pavese lived and wrote the book that gives its name to the accommodation. The rooms are spread over two floors, we were on the highest floor, a very large floor in which several guest rooms have been installed and in which there is a large living room and a kitchen. On the other floor, much nicer, is the breakfast room and other rooms. About our room I have to say that we were disappointed. The best things were the views, the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed. However, it did not have the charm that other rooms in La luna e i faló have. Some furniture (the desk and the chair, for example), seem to have been placed there because they did not know where to place them. The bathroom, small, with a broken cabinet and a window that overlooks the landing (without any curtain, through the glass you could see perfectly what was happening in the bathroom from the outside), was not the best in the accommodation either. Best of all, breakfast. Spectacular. It is served in a beautiful dining room, with porcelain crockery and silver cutlery. There is fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, cold cuts, sweets. And at Chris**as, panettones of the best in Turin. Of course, when we said that we wanted to have breakfast at 7:30 (the time indicated on the website), the person in charge of breakfast couldn't help but look upset. Although it is far from the center, tram 15 takes just a few minutes to reach Piazza Castello.

A romantic name, in a residential area of ​​Turin. The images of the rooms in style of the small B&B, linked to the memory of Pavese, had made me dream and instead... Entrance and breakfast room well furnished and with refined taste, but the room... Let's draw a veil of compassion, aesthetics aside... Located two floors different from the entrance, the room looks like this: not very clean and full of dust, bed headboard with lint of all kinds, broken shutters, skirting boards almost detached, TV full of fingerprints, equipped with a bathroom with a non-functioning hydromassage tub and a shower dispensing little water from the hand shower, which was also placed above the shower head (also not working) with a poorly secured glass box (the shower door opened continuously while you were washing)... All combined with subtle arrogance of the receptionist/waitress and the poor sense of hospitality... I don't recommend it: all appearance, no substance!

Struttura bellissima, curata nei minimi particolari e soprattutto molto pulita. La signora ci ha accolto e accuditi in maniera ineccepibile con un magnifico sorriso sulle labbra per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Grazie di tutto.
