The hotel location is far away from every thing marina new and old You need every time to go the taxi approximately 600 tl goning and 600 tl coming The customer service in this hotel needs to be improved not as standard of the name swisotel Im a continuous gust in ist swesotel i never felt this before the staff was dealing with us as we are nothing The breakfast was horrible i had an stomach pain from first time i never went back all my stay because of bad service from blond staff i think she was the breakfast area manager when she see that im arab lady she was talking to im nothing I forgot my buff in a taxi since 11 pm they told me the will check cameras however i inform them while the taxi on the gate but the didn’t do anything next morning i called the reception to aak about it they informed me that the didn’t find insest to try again then they called me that the found it but the taxi will bring it he needs 600tl to bring the receiption staff and his front office manager was very angry and shouting at me even im a lady Both this incident I discussed with 2 front managers non of them do any thing i was feeling unsecured there really the hotel not suitable for goulf countries nationalities an email was send to trip.com but no action

It wasn’t the beautiful building with its own private beach and two piers from which to swim that made this hotel perfect. It wasn’t the beautiful food at breakfast and dinner and all times in between that made it perfect. Nor was it the lovely one mile walk into Turgutreis to visit bars and shops and the lovely marina that made it perfect. What really made this the perfect hotel were the wonderful staff who ensured every interaction was a pleasure. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job and were lovely and friendly. The restaurant team including Ato, Erdem and a lovely young lady made every breakfast time a delight. The reception team including Alp, Fatih and two more lovely young ladies were courteous, kind and helpful for the whole week and we really didn’t want to leave but we vowed to return and enjoy another perfect holiday when we can.

My experience at Swissotel Bodrum Beach Resort was far from perfect. It was unsatisfactory due to many inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. Including a non-working AC system that I called for it to be fixed at 5 PM and the management didn’t take actions until it was 1 AM. Other than that, the Electrical sockets don’t work, and the hotel felt unready to receive customers!

It’s a lovely hotel and the views from the beach are stunning. However, I didn’t enjoy the vibe. Extremely quiet - which is worrying to say it’s peak time! Very poor hospitality service regarding staff, not sure if this is a training issue? First few days at breakfast, we were not offered a drink - coffee/tea. No service from staff around the pool - extremely hot and would be nice to be offered water. When I went to get a drink from the restaurant, it took about 15 minutes. When it’s 30 degrees outside, would be nice to have speedier service. We had room service a few times, card machines wouldn’t work with staff (signal issue). Perhaps, offer customers if they want to put the bill on their tab? Rather than let their food go cold before they even get to eat. The menu is basic - not a lot of variety. The second restaurant which looks nice (nearest the beach) has been closed during our stay. There isn’t anything local to do, about 35 minute walk into a small town with a taxi rank. Closest thing next to the hotel is a small supermarket. We have a few more days left, considered booking an earlier flight home we’ve just not enjoyed it as much as we wished.

This was the best stay my wife and I have ever had. The hotel facilities are perfect in every way, the location is prime. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The most important person that made our experience phenomenal is called Siviliya Mavlaeva, so kind and helpful and met our every need, Ms Siviliya knew what we felt like before we even knew it. The Swiss hotel bodrum is an experience that I would definitely repeat and would highly recommend.

Fresh and very clean hotel. Beautiful view from the room. Delicious breakfast and food everywhere.. I enjoyed every second in this magic place. Staff are kind and helpful. I would definitely come back as well recommend my friends and family.

First of all, I want to say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen in terms of design. Very cozy, quiet and favorable place for rest, for rest with family! There is a very pleasant, warm and positive atmosphere. We enjoy a chic and clean beach, delicious dishes, various drinks, beautiful music. The hotel staff is very smiling, and polite , they will always help, tell you! I recommend it!
