The property needs some secure parking. Too many business neighbors were using their parking lot during the day and was hard for me to park.

Beds are hard as a rock and better like your room temperature at 75 because it wont change. Tried to lower temp to 70 no luck.shower control knob fell off while taking a shower that has absolutely no water pressure.Also the covered parking area is shared with the homeless camping out.

The only downside to our stay was that the A/C was not working in our room. It got pretty warm even with fans running. From what I heard, the A/C was out in several rooms.

The lobby was great, as was the receptionist. When I got my first room, it was not clean, and the receptionist got me a new room; however, this room did not have AC or hot water. I was disappointed because I heard train noises all night. The worst of my encounter was the sketchiness of the area, I did not feel that my car was safe when I parked in the lot.

I had no issues with the hotel. However *******s booking process nearly caused us to have no room at the hotel. I reserved the room on 1 nov. but ******* did not send the reservation to the property until the day of our reservation. The hotel was fully booked as there was a huge marathon and concert. We showed up and they said we didn’t have a room because ******* sent the reservation through that day. There were 5 other people in the same boat as us. It was only when the manager got involved and was able to give us a room that happened to be available because of a cancellation. They honored our ******* rate and went above and beyond given the circumstances. *******, however has lost my business. This has happened three times before where I show up and the hotel does not have a room, and it’s because ******* messed up the reservation. It’s the worst feeling ever after you have been traveling all day and have 3 small kids. Their customer service is a joke when it comes to addressing these issues. I will book directly through the hotel from now on.

Property was clean - bed slept great - amenities good - walking distance to downtown - breakfast was great. Only issue was tight parking - especially for pickup trucks.

The room was super clean and comfy. My friends and I came for a hockey game. It is a lovely place and the staff is so sweet. Would definitely stay again.
