A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location , all staff so helpful and friendly , delicious breakfast every morning , eggs , pho , noodles, fruit , juice , coffee etc
They will organise tours and bus tickets etc for you - met all our needs perfectly we would highly recommend
This is our 3rd time visiting Sapa over 19 years and this hotel was excellent Thankyou

Ms. Trang was a really great host! My son was sick the 2nd day and she went beyond to provide information about clinics/pharmacies as well as related information needed even it’s late at night. She’s a great translator too! The hotel was in a good location and the staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The location is central, but because of that, it is noisy.
The facilities are old and don't expect breakfast.
There are better hotels nearby for this price.

My room was clean. The staff are friendly and the location is okay. Breakfast is a little poor.
However, the point of evaluation is each person. I don't know about the other room, but I was satisfied with being assigned that room at that time (June 2nd to June 8th).

We only had a short visit to the very new (3 weeks old) bar in the Sapa Hills Hotel called Heathy Eatery and Beverage while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Quan was a super friendly host who was very welcoming and made sure we had a refreshing drink and got on the right bus.

We stayed here for two days, and the staff was always happy to help. They helped us with arranging trekking tours as well as the train and cable cars to Fansipan. The rooms were nice and clean. The included breakfast was also good, and they have a bar/restaurant where you can order dinner. I hope I get the chance to go back to this hotel sometime.
