Azure Sapa Hotel

The service its good and the room are big and the staff speak english and its easy to communicate with them specially aries

Azure Sapa Hotel has one of the better locations I found while planning my whole trip, despite reviews from others to book a better and luxury ones in the Sa Pa centre. We chose somewhere that is slightly further away from the city centre. The staff in Azure Sapa Hotel were very patient with us when we reached early and told us rooms would be ready before afternoon starts so we could have a rest, they were always smiling and nodding their head as a sign of respect when we enter the hotel. The views from the room were exceptional, we could see the sunrise, clouds and mountains when we woke up during our trip (provided you travel there at the the fortunate period). The only thing that needs to be improved would be the air-conditioning unit that keeps turning on and off during out stay where we have to change the mode to get the room cool.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Anna at the reception for her excellent Chinese-speaking skills, which made communication very easy, and to David for his fluent English and outstanding service. Both of them were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious looks like a photos. View from the room was the best! Near form sun plaza the heart of Sapa. Breakfast was so goooddddd especially Pho!!

The admins are very helpful. They assist us to the visit to Fansipan. The view are fantastic. It is just the weather that is a bit disappointing.

Our stay there was more meaningful because we stayed here in Azure. Breakfast buffet was simple yet so satisfying. A blocks away from sun plaza and foot massage parlor. The staff were also so kind and helpful esp. for our luggages. Walking distance from coffee shops also. This hotel is highly recommended!
