For a solo Traveller it’s a great stay, and particularly if you are travelling during the peak season.
The owners are the dearest people you’ll ever come across.
Bonus: You can book your Northern Lights chase with them.
Clean. Safe, location.
Has a great view from the mountains
Travel to city center is easy with good bus connections.
You might just want to make a note, if you being dropped late night during your chase at the city center, taxi or uber is the only option back (but easily available)
Over all stay as a solo traveller it’s a 10 on 10!

This homestay has a super cute three-legged British shorthair cat named "Biden". He is the best-mannered child I have ever seen. The owner said that he was found at the door of the homestay one day because of a car accident, so he took him to have an amputation surgery. Hearing this story, I felt very loving and distressed. The shared kitchen of the homestay is fully equipped. You can cook and chat with your friends. The room is relatively small but the heating is sufficient. The only drawback is that the steep slope at the door is really inconvenient on snowy days. If you come by bus and pull your luggage, remember to take another detour from the side. You can also call the boss in advance to communicate, otherwise the steep slope at the door will slip nine out of ten times. The boss has his own car and provides airport pick-up (250NOK per trip). Remember to make an appointment in advance and be sure to confirm it again and again before departure!

Review for Northern Light Tour: Amazing! We had such an aweseome experience. Luis the guide is so passionated about the lights and how to find them. The weather in Tromsø was terrible for nothern lights but Luis and Martin (Driver and Co owner of the company) found a spot right at the beach under a clear Sky. It was only our groupe and we had a great fire and saw amazing lights. The experience was one of the Best ever! This Team has their hearts at the right Spot and you can feel it!
