Amazing spot right off the highway, very private

When I first arrived, I had an issue of being double booked with two rooms. I'm not sure if the issue was on the 3rd-party booking end or the hotel acceptance end but it was a long process I had to figure out on my own or the hotel would've just charged me for two rooms rather than seeing it as an obvious mistake. The Internet was down my first night there and I was unable to work in the evening. I didn't find the full desk staff completely friendly. They weren't rude, just not very warm when I had questions/issues. I'd liken it to the energy of someone at the end of a shift. The actual hotel itself was pretty nice though. I loved the rooms. Very comfortable and clean. I'd stay again.

We only stayed overnight, but would absolutely come back.Great staff, very clean hotel, could use a little updating though.

Room is kinda old, basic. Carpet and bedding, walls, very dated. People in room next to us were very loud all night, unable to sleep.

You can turn the air down to 60, not just 65 degrees. I travel a LOT and get hot when I sleep at night. Some hotels will only let you turn the air down to 65. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the coffee. It's awful so I just drive down the street to Starbucks. The cookies here are AMAZING!!!! Last time I stayed, I was in one of the newly renovated King rooms. The AC knocked really loud all night and the toilet ran all night long, also. I paid $200 for the night to listen to all of that. Next time I will make sure I get a room that is quiet and not jacked up with problems. I would stay there again but just make sure they have everything in working condition, especially since the rooms I stay in are supposed to be newly renovated. Maybe I'll get a discount since I did not sleep all night long. The big loud bang every 7-8 minutes scared me. I was showering and thought someone was breaking in the room. It was that loud. Room 714...don't stay in that room!!!

We were extremely pleased with the room (King sofa bed). It was spacious, well maintained with updated decor and amenities. For the price of the room, we were surprised with the space and condition. There was no residual noise from the nearby road. The staff were genuinely pleasant, from the shuttle driver to the registration staff, and the dining room staff. We were here just one night so we can't provide a comment on the surroundings of the hotel and the neighborhood.

My stay at Doubletree has ALL been great. Whenever I visit Raleigh I always stay at Doubletree Hotel. Its a great, clean and friendly hotel.

I was very welcome. I loved that it is a very clean hotel, The service arrives every day, they are friendly. In addition, if there are any complaints, they solve the matter quickly so that there are no noises and you can rest peacefully
