Stayed here for a 6 night stay in Maderno. Unbelievable staff, so friendly and always willing to help. The room was simple but with a beautiful view of surrounding mountains. It was kept very clean.
The communual area and restaurant of the hotel was excellent, we really enjoyed having morning coffees there.
The staff were lovely and we had excellent Aperol Spritz!
Location was insane, close to bus stop, amaxing walks, supermarket, beach and restaurants.
Such great value and can't wait to stay again!

We only stayed one night, but what a great find! Federica was awesome! Super nice and helpful and made the stay really great. She was so positive and enthusiastic—it made such a good impression. Her dinner recommendation was very good and the food at the hotel was quite good! The town is a very short and lovely walk away, and there are two grocery stores a few blocks away. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice courtyard view. The Giro d’Italia rolled right by the front of the hotel so it was the perfect place for our stopover—the guys at the motorcycle shop next door made it very fun to watch the race here! It’s helpful to know a little Italian since you are a tad off the tourist trail, but we had no issues communicating at all.

Had an amazing stay, could not have asked for a friendlier service. The rooms was bright and clean, with a great balcony overlooking the mountains. A short walk to supermarkets and restaurants as well as the lake front. The lady on reception was always friendly, and was more than willing to answer any queries about the local area and provide us with ice and glasses when we asked. We would love to stay here again!

Siamo stati benissimo, accolti da Federica con molta attenzione e cortesia. Locale disponibile per alloggiare le bici e ricaricarle. Camere pulite e graziose. Ottima colazione con cibi buoni e abbondanti. Ottima la crostata ai frutti di bosco. Abbiamo anche cenato 1 sera... molto comodo potersi rifocillare dopo una intensa giornata in bici senza dover uscire. Comodissimo il noleggio bici ed ebike proprio accanto.

Coperto 3 € per una tovaglietta di carta (senza pane), preciso che abbiamo mangiato fuori nel cortiletto davanti all'ingresso. Acqua naturale, decidiamo di prendere 1 litro come scritto sul menù dato che beviamo abbastanza e conveniva ovviamente rispetto a 2 mezze! Il problema è che la bottiglia grande in realtà era da 750 ml e quindi dopo 2 bottiglie, mancava mezzo litro d'acqua e pagata pure di più! Fatto notare in cassa, la ragazza ha risposto "eh si l'ho scritto io il menù, devo stare più attenta, ho sbagliato!!" Avrebbero potuto darci una bottiglietta da mezzo litro per "recuperare" ma ovviamente non l'hanno fatto!!

La struttura si trova sulla strada statale, con ampio parcheggio riservato. L'ingresso è accogliente, con bar e tavolini fuori, attrezzato anche per i cocktail, stile moderno. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, con aria condizionata e balconcino. Un po' piccola la stanza e con pochi punti di appoggio ma adeguata per poche notti. Consigliata la colazione, molto particolare con scelta di pancakes, bagel, torte fatte in casa, vari tipi di caffè. Personale molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Per raggiungere il lido e il lungolago è meglio munirsi di auto o di biciclette.

Pur avendo soggiornato per pochi giorni ho potuto verificare la disponibilità e cortesia cosa non sempre riscontrabile in altre strutture. Ci hanno aperto casa dandocene le chiavi come se fosse stata la nostra. Altro punto a favore, la pulizia, cosa che ci ha colpito piacevolmente. Sicuramente torneremo
