I chose this Hotel in view of the positive ratings and comments, I was very disappointed: The staff was not welcoming/friendly. It was very difficult to obtain an invoice before the end of the stay despite a request upon arrival. The room is very poorly insulated from noise, you can hear all the passing cars and a lot of noise coming from the Hotel. The bed linen was yellowing and there was an unpleasant smell when entering the room.

I booked a standard room online with my husband for one night in early October 2021. We had a good welcome, a decent room but breakfasts that were a bit expensive. Clean rooms, quiet in the hotel and also at night, the room overlooking the road from 5 a.m. noise outside the hotel, cars, trucks, motorcycles. Good breakfast times.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits les 18 et 19 avril derniers avec un accueil à nos petits soins aussi bien au service restauration et l 'hotel ,bien agréable de nos jours. La chambre très propre, et une bonne restauration, merci aux cuisiniers. Le parking rend l'hotel très accessible. Hotel bien situé aux portes d'Angers. A conseiller la visite de la fabrique de cointreau à st Barthelemy à 6 kms de Trélazé. Merci à tous , les Normands du calvados.
