Terrible service. Arrived at the apartment to be told they didn't get our booking from Trip.com. The booking arrived on their computer whilst I was there but they told me that the place is full & that there is no room. So had to quickly find another place in town called Nazar Hotel. Now I want a refund from this place & they said I never checked in & that there was apartment available to me. What a lying so and so. Bad experience with this place. Overall, Trabzon is one of the worst place I've been as a tourist. Transport & accommodation are both rubbish. Wouldn't have gone there apart from meeting family travelling from Malaysia but wouldn't go there again.
