Location is great for someone who need to go to the airport. It’s like 10 mins walk to Itami airport (ITM). The room is spacious. Bathroom is also huge with a lot of amenities. Just keep in mind this is a love hotel :)

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Senri Hankyu hotel. We booked a superior double and we had everything ( pajama, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sanitizer, air purifier and more) we needed in our room. Every staff member was friendly and it's only a few minutes walk from monorail station or metro station. Very convenient with shops and restaurants near by. Highly recommend it.

The pillow was low, so I asked the front desk staff for another one, but they said they would bring it, but they didn't bring it until I checked out because they thought they would send it to my room later because they were handling another guest's credit card. I wanted to turn on the light on the nightstand, but it was connected to all the lights in the room, so when I turned it off, all the lights were turned off, so I had no choice but to leave the TV on all night. This is the first time I've stayed in a business hotel like this. I think it was probably renovated from a love hotel. Also, it was really dry, so when I turned on the air conditioner it was even colder, and when I turned it off it was cold. The only good things about it were the size of the room and the breakfast. I don't think I'll use it again.

Very nice spacious hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

After a flight from the US west coast transiting through Haneda, we decided to overnight here rather than continuing through to Kyoto. This was a few days after Japan reopened to independent travelers. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the central building between the north and south wings. There is elevator access available on the 2nd floor (the arrivals floor). It is across the aisle from 551 Horai, a popular takeout food counter. The hotel met all my requirements in an airport hotel: good-sized, well-equipped room that was cool, clean, quiet with a comfortable bed and pillow. The only sound we could here was the whisper from the A/C.

Pros: Near airport and train station. Cleaning staff are very motivated do an excellent job. The front desk staff is friendly. Cons: rooms smell like an ashtray unless you specifically ask for a nonsmoking room. If you aren’t part of some Toyoko Inn membership club you cannot check in early (even if your room is ready), bathroom feels like a cruise ship. The shuttle is to and from the airport doesn’t run in the morning. Even with staff standing right at the desk, you have to do an automated check in with a computer. Yeah, my biggest gripe was that after traveling for over 24 hours to get to Osaka I was told I could not get into my room 45 minutes early unless I paid an extra ¥1000, or presented my Tokyo membership card. Like gee….I’m sorry…this is the first time I’ve been here….certainly charge me extra because I don’t have a membership card with you all. NOT a good way of taking care of an exhausted guest.

Really cheap. There is no room key or card, so you need to call the front desk to ask the staff to open and close the door. This may not be acceptable to everyone. The room is large and the bathtub with massage function is also large. For breakfast, you need to reserve the menu and delivery time through the menu on the room TV. When the time comes, a staff member will deliver breakfast to the cabinet next to the room door and ring the doorbell to notify you. The hotel is next to the highway, with free parking. There are several hotels nearby, but there are only two large restaurants nearby. One of them was too crowded and had to queue up. There are no supermarkets, shopping malls, or drugstores nearby, so it's relatively quiet.

Because the flight from Itami Airport to Fukushima Airport is snowing, it seems that it will not be possible to get off even if it goes up to the sky, so I decided to give up quickly and take a hotel near Itami. The hotel in the airport is already full, so I asked you to tell me some hotels near the airport by information and check in here with a vacant room. It was good that the price was reasonable and there was a transfer. Breakfast was also served with Japanese meals. The room was single and small, and the oldness of the facilities was unbelievable, but it is not filthy. It was an unexpected expense during the trip, but it was a wallet-friendly hotel.
