The hotel was nice with everything you can expect from a Mercure. The room was simple and had all amenities as you would expect. The design is a bit specific but I found it nice. Location is convenient if you plan on using the cable car which is basically on the other side of the street (little highlight of the stay) Food options inside the hotel were not great and it was best to eat in the restaurant just outside (but it is a bit expensive)

On the edge of the city, surrounded by empty space, hotel facilities are average, parking is free, service is good, a deposit of 100 euros is collected, but it has not been returned to the original account for a week. When asked, the hotel said it was due to the bank. I don't know if it is true. Let's wait and see.

Several incidents occurred, firstly a bath problem that leaves the water, so impossible to take a bath, then cold water. ( I made a person intervene, she told me that it actually might be because of the previous reservation that used all the hot water). The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The worst is that the person told me ”I tried to connect to you on the room that it doesn't work”, eh ... I have a mobile phone + email address in case ... short. I'm transferred from the room, very well. Shower that works with hot water, but room not at the height of the previous. So the next day I ask to return to the previous. I'm told that it is not possible because of the household. I understand, but good .... didn't give my room number and give a room with the minimum benefits I paid ( have hot water). It was very disappointed to know that I had already come and I loved the hotel.

I reserved a room at this hotel because I was participating in a conference at the Mirail university campus, which is a 10 minute walk away. From this point of view, it was a good choice. It is also a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. But the hotel, like the campus itself, is not in a nice area. There are no shops or cafes in easy walking distance, and those that are in the areas are in areas that are not comfortable to walk around in. So every time that I wanted to go into town, I had to take the metro - which was fine, except that during the last two days of my stay, the metro was not working! The hotel itself is small, the rooms are simple but nice. The AC stopped working during my stay, and it took several hours until a technician arrive. Breakfast was very good, except, as in many places in Europe, no vegetables. The hotel restaurant also offers drinks, coffee and dinner. In general, The staff was very helpful, but with limited resources. For example, the rooms do not have mini-bars, but when I asked to put food in the kitchen refrigerator, they did so with no problem. I asked in advance for a kettle in my room and indeed it was there (and i was charged extra for it). When others asked for kettles, they were given them, but they were taken away the next day! In summary, nice, small, limited, friendly staff, not a great neighborhood.

The hotel has a pool, parking, gardens, laundry, kitchen in the rooms and accepts pets.

Everything is outstanding. Nearby convenience facilities: subway, tram, large market. 20 minutes from the city center.

The front desk brother actually speaks Chinese, it is a surprise, it is also very handsome, hee hee. The room is also wrong, the park environment is also good. There are not many people around, there is a lidl to go shopping, but it takes 20 minutes to walk.

The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

👍🏻 First time in a hotel apartment, the studio is large with 1 kitchen living room and a bedroom. The kitchen is super equipped and you can do absolutely everything: from coffee to fried eggs. The fridge is used to store food purchases. 👍🏽 Heating and air conditioning included. Quiet rooms. The hotel is well served by buses and the metro to go to the city center, and in the surrounding area there are shops, bakeries, mini-markets, kebabs and bars. 👎 Very poor bedding and the blankets were full of hair from previous clients. Also the floor had a layer of sheep, and the curtains were half torn, but you can use the shutters to protect yourself in the evening.
