We arrived at the hotel on July 25, where we booked a superior room in the Cottage section. Since our arrival, there has been no hot water in our superior room, which is a smaller sample of our friends' Classic room, the restaurant buffet is below criticism, the typical Italian dishes are reduced to a minimum, there is no choice, the meats are hardly filled, if they run out they are not refilled, the servers are unfriendly, the the price of drinks and food in the bar is unfairly expensive, apparently the hotel tries to provide the minimum for its guests. The saddest thing is that they do nothing to solve the lack of hot water in our room, and my family has to bathe in cold water for the fourth day.
