We offer coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cereals, milk, oatmeal, and instant noodles for your self-serve breakfast. The microwave, bread toaster, refrigerator, freezer, electric water heater, paper towels and all utensils (cups, dishes. bowls, folks, and spoons) are available for guests to use.We are a family home living here with our children and we want to make sure that our guests have the best experience staying in our beautiful place. Therefore, we do not allow and tolerate any illegal activities, drugs, weapon, parties, alcohol, loud noises, vandalism. Only smoke outside of the house. No pet. This is a peaceful, professional, safe, and quiet neighborhood. No outside guests are allowed. Always lock the front door when you enter or leave the house. No pet. No parties. No smoking inside the house. No Alcohol.As a responsible and caring host, I want my guests to feel just as they are right at home.

It's best not to live there if you can. The fourth floor is a refugee transfer point. A group of uncivilized H ghosts smoked in the room in the middle of the night🚬, triggering the fire alarm and interrupting sleep. It's difficult to fall asleep again😡

Excellent stay and very good service. Free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, enough to fully enjoy your stay in this place.

Went here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary….yes, we stayed by Toronto airport to celebrate our anniversary lol! We had stayed here a few months ago for a convention and loved this hotel! Rooms were very clean, comfy beds and linens and the pool is HUGE! We decided we wanted 2 days of pure R&R. We spent the entire time at the huge indoor pool and had it all to ourselves, practically the entire time! Water temp was perfect, as was the hot tub. We ate breakfast each morning at the Orchid cafe in hotel and WOW….best eggs Benedict we ever had! Staff were superb as well. We got room service one night and had two different pizzas and wings and again, superb! The wings were really good. It was such a relaxing getaway, as all we wanted to do was laze around the hotel, instead of rushing out sightseeing or shopping, which we have done so many times before. This was true relaxation :) We are actually planning our next stay here! Thanks to all staff at hotel :)

We have been staying at the Old Mill on and off for many years. It is not the same as it once was. To have to order coffee and breakfast thru room service daily is a crime. Especially for how much they charge. How is it any different to offer coffee and breakfast in the Home Smith? Still need a cook and staff, either to bring it to your room or serve. Would make the stay so much better to have a relaxing breakfast and a coffee in the beautiful lobby. I understand during covid things needed to be changed. But by now, can't use that as an excuse anymore. I can have dinner in the Home Smith, no problem

Breakfast is very simple, bread and coffee milk are the same every day. Location is more convenient next to 401. But it still has to be accessible by car. Opposite the nearby hotel is only hamburger. Basically no service is to live by yourself and check out by yourself. Outdated facilities. The occupants were messy and felt unsafe.

Chelsea hotel is very close to the University of Toronto, bus station, banks, supermarket. The location is vary good and the price is not too expensive.Though, there's no refrigerator in the room and you can have the ice cubes at the corner of the same floor. And the fertilities of the room are quite dilapidated, like the carpet with dirt ,the water volume of the faucet is not easy to control.....

Good environment, good service

The hotel is owned by Marriot, and there is relatively strong wi-fi in the lobby. The decoration is dignified and a**ospheric, ancient but not old. In the lobby there is the Mediterranean restaurant Olio Mediterranean restaurant. A very open space outside the lobby is the steakhouse Chop Steakhouse Bar.

I actually stayed at this hotel the night after my wedding with my new wife. It was really a great experience, the hotel was clean, service was good, they are complementary water. The rooms were spacious, modern with multiple TVs. Check out and check and we’re easy, seamless. Hotel breakfast is a bit pricey at $27 per person.
