I traveled a lot with my wife for past few years and i rarely came across a hotel/homestay that are especially memorable to me. Eryou Homestay at Wuzhen is unexpectedly better than most hotel that i have paid for. Location - Location is great. It is located right next to the 2nd entrance to Wuzhen Ancient Town (about 2-3 mins walk). Restaurant and convenient store can be found nearby the hotel as well. Cleanliness - It is clean and comfortable. Service - The lady owner is really passionate on her business. She took the extra step to carry our luggage up the room and she even making sure we have enough water and food all the time. P.S. to the owner : 感谢您的热勤服务 Facilities - I believe anyone who stayed here will be surprised how much effort/money in decorating/renovating their places. It is so pretty and comfortable. I can just chill/rest in their lobby/restaurant for a full day. They do serve tea as well if you planning to rest in their lobby area, Food - The breakfast is very affordable and tasty. I highly recommend any future visitor to try their breakfast! I will definitely stay at Eryou Homestay again if i ever plan to visit Wuzhen again!

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

We stayed at 16C, restaurant is downstairs and rooms are upstairs. Room is clean and has all the basic necessities such as hair dryer, slipper, toothbrush. Not sound proof so u can hear other guests talking if they don’t lower their volume. Wuzhen is beautiful but was so crowded on Sunday which “ruined” your mood. I believe better to come on weekday / off season.

I reserved 3 rooms for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The hotel receptionist assisted to have all 3 rooms within the same block beside allow us check in at noon instead of 3pm. She even upgraded one of my room with jacuzzi inside too. She recommends the restaurant just next to the hotel which the foods served are yummy super delicious yet affordable price. The rest serves own make salted pork and fish which go well with rice quite a unique delicious taste. I highly recommend this hotel for distance, convenience and services in Wuzhen vacation. Great location, Great services and above all Great value for money.

My boyfriend and I both love this homestay. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Even though their rooms are near the road, but their windows are very insulated so the room is very quiet. The owners extra amount to help us whenever we need help or we ask a question they really take good care of us. The towels are exceptionally clean when we are staying there. We will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant day in Wu Zhen.

The room is clean and tidy, there is no odor. It is highly recommended for families to go on a self-driving tour. The service attitude is particularly good. I really recommend it.

The service is very good. The family suite is well-equipped and warm. The elderly and children are very satisfied. The first day of check-in was my birthday, and the hotel specially sent a birthday cake. Thank you very much! Especially the exclusive housekeepers Xiao Yao and Xiao Xing, the service is very thoughtful, responsive, and responds immediately. My father is old and has difficulty in getting in and out, so the service center specially arranged a wheelchair for us to get in. The hotel is in the ancient town scenic area, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. If you don’t want to walk, you can take the shuttle bus in the scenic area directly back to the hotel. The hotel’s buffet breakfast is also quite rich, which is great.

The room is warm, the newly renovated smart toilet electric curtains, small music, the pillows are very comfortable, the front desk staff Xiao Wang service attitude is very gentle, the hotel location is also very good, very convenient, the breakfast is really delicious, the high floor scenery is pleasant, overall great, Will stay again next time. Very satisfied!
