南柵客棧是旺季遊玩烏鎮得另一個選擇。酒店硬件設施好，服務不錯。停車免費。步行東柵500米。去西柵有接駁車來回。特別方便。是停到西柵正門口那種。唯一不足是需要在早餐上多下下功夫了。早餐單調不太好吃。

出乎意料的好!原本是定了另外一個酒店，但後面選擇了南柵，因為是烏鎮集團直營酒店，門票有優惠，接駁車免費來回西柵，且入住期間無限次進入西柵。
入住之後更被貼心的服務所打動，從到達酒店，前台三位工作人員（兩位小哥哥一位小姐姐）都很熱情，耐心解答各種疑問，昨天下午開始下雨，心想晾在外面的衣服可能得被淋濕了吧，哪成想保潔阿姨在下雨之時已經先替我們把衣服收進房間了!被這波細節好感度直接拉滿!如果以後再去烏鎮，一定會首選南柵客棧!

攜程上訂的南柵客棧，提前一天酒店通知因為酒店檢修需要更換到子烏大酒店，兩家6人遊玩訂的三人家庭房兩間，酒店給安排三間標間，整體來講非常滿意，還因為隔壁有人抽煙給調了一次房，又因為在東柵景區臨時有事景點沒逛完第二天前台又協調工作人員二次進去，西柵夜景很美，酒店買的東西柵聯票非常超值，西柵在入住期間可以多次出入，衹需耍臉，很便捷，酒店有班車接送去西柵景區。

早餐能吃飽，有免費地下停車場，酒店距離東柵很近，大概300米左右的樣子；酒店到西柵景區有免費的班車，很方便，並且酒店入住的客人可以兩天內無限次刷臉進入西柵，並且在西柵內免費乘坐景區電瓶車。

當地人將西欄、東欄叫做西“炸”、東“炸”，南欄客棧住落更加似酒店的形式，好乾凈、舒適，我哋一個三口住得好舒服。我太太入咗西欄行咗半個鍾就唔系咁中意景區內的民宿，覺得住在出麪揀啱咗。酒店有去西欄同東欄的免費班車，同前台打聲招呼就有車免費接送。另外，入咗景區，憑房卡就可以在入口處坐電瓶車一直去到望津橋附近，再開始遊西欄。

東柵門口很方便，古香古色，設施齊全，前台小姐姐特別熱情，愛笑，幫忙催促檢驗要入住的房間，我們到的比較早，幫忙收快遞，特別暖心的服務，送小朋友風扇雖然不值錢但是重在心意，性價比很高

環境衞生挺好，入住酒店買門票每人可以優惠20元，2天在規定時間內無限次出入，隨意時間去西柵走走逛逛。早餐種類不多，能吃飽。去西柵都有接送車，很方便，退房後行李可以寄存。

整體環境很不錯，酒店服務人員態度非常好。
因為是烏鎮景區旗下的酒店，出行西柵有車子接送呢！進出景區刷臉就行，可以一直出入，玩累了還可以隨時坐景區的遊覽車，送到指定位置，簡直不要太方便，哈哈哈，同時第二天景區的早茶客也可以在前台預約。
總得來説，在烏鎮這邊玩，住這個酒店是不錯的選擇。
