這家小旅館離通遼火車站很近，步行衹有幾分鐘。價格每晚百元以下，基本設施都有，也比較乾淨衞生，還是很經濟實惠的。
旅館臨街而建，房型不太好，除了二樓一間臨街的雙床房，其他房間的窗户全部是開在走廊裏的。即便是窗户臨街的雙床房，通風也不大好，房頂很低，衞生間還沒有窗户，比較潮濕，小飛蟲比較多。房間也沒有空調，衹有落地風扇。
旅館管理也有點問題。到店時店家説我預訂的房間有客人住在裏面當天還不一定退房，後來經過溝通才協調好。

訂的大床房，是大床，小被子，兩個住，被子橫過來免強能蓋上半截，還好這個季節不算太冷。其他還好。過道房。是我這次八千公里旅行住過最差的一次體驗

床單枕頭被子都有味道，面積很小，空調對着床頭吹，最重要的是門不帶鎖，安全也沒有保障，整體環境相當簡陋。很糟糕的一次居住體驗。
