This is my second time staying at this hotel. The internet was average last time, but this time it was very bad on the fifth floor. In addition, this hotel does not clean the room for the first two days, but leaves towels and other items at the door, and only starts cleaning on the third day.

The price is cheap. It's very close to JR Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. You can get off and walk two steps to get there. The room is old-fashioned and has a mechanical key. You have to leave the key at the front desk when you go out. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good. The interior is relatively small. This is the best in Tokyo. The price is okay for one night's stay.

It's about five minutes away from Otsuka Station and has convenient transportation. You can check out at 12 noon. But the room is small and the facilities and decoration are old. There is a reception room where you can rest and wait, where you can access the Internet.

Both the location and service were wonderful ☺️ It's about a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Otsuka Station. You can go to the city center in no time!
I stayed in a single smoking room. Of course, there is a lingering scent of cigarettes, so if you are concerned about it, we recommend wearing a mask indoors or a non-smoking room.
Amenities include toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. There is also a toothpaste cup. I took a cotton swab with me. There is no hand soap, but there is body soap along with shampoo and conditioner, so I washed my hands with it.
The surrounding environment is good, so I think it's perfect for staying without meals.
