There was so much to do in Tokyo Dome City. We didn’t realize it until 2 days before we had to leave. I wish they had a pool and gym that was included in the stay. To use the gym cost more money and I’m not sure they had a pool. But it was really nice. The beds are really firm. The pillows were down pillow so your head literally sunk right into the mattress.

Hotel location is the best part especially when you are travelling with young children, there are so many restaurants around. Will definitely come back next time. The attractions was shut down during our stay due to the April 26 tragedy 😢

Glad that the hotel provided the room with requested view. Room and bathroom was spacious. Ease of going/returning from tokyo dome and a few minutes walk to subway or JR station.

This was by far the most luxurious hotel I stayed at. The location is outstanding — peaceful and perfectly situated. The services were excellent, the rooms were spacious, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend it.

Great location with easy access to transportation. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with all the essentials.

The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a playground and stadium. It's perfect for attending concerts and other large-scale events. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it ideal for those who enjoy nightlife.

Overall, pretty good, but there aren't enough charging outlets. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the night view from the upper floors is great.

Firstly, one star for its hotel location. Located strategically right beside the dome (good for concert goers) and nearby 2 different metro stations to go anywhere. Secondly, another star for its hotel environment. Clean and huge. Hotel room and its toilet considered spacious if you compare to most other hotels. They do housekeeping daily. Bed is comfortable but their pillows are terrible, we did not sleep really well for 3d2n (even after we requested for extra pillows) until we bought our cushion from disney to use. Lastly, we had a terrible experience with their hotel staff. A local 5 stars hotel with no one that can hold a basic conversation in English. On check-in, reception was unfriendly. None of the staff greeted us and no one briefed us on hotel facilities. Most of them just rely on translator to interact and not all the time translator is accurate. We were given misleading information from Day 1 until we checked out. As we were worried, we went to the concierge for 2 nights just to confirm our concerns but unfortunately, due to their lack of basic English, we were unable to get accurate information. This resulted us wasting 3-4hours at the hotel on our last day just to get our issue resolved. They even requested us to bear the charges for the decision the hotel made by themselves. But they waived it off when we made firm stance that we are not going to pay for it. TBH, i will not visit this hotel again despite its spacious and convenient location. I would rather pay more for international hotels or stay at a smaller hotel with better services.

Great location, great views, great stay Super convenient — connected to Tokyo Dome + Korakuen Station. Clean modern rooms, helpful staff, awesome night views. Easy access to subway lines. Views from hotel room is great.

Well the room itself is bigger than most of hotels in Tokyo. Pricewise. The bathroom size is spacious. They have spectacular view of Tokyo Dome and Tokyo skyline. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have something to do in Tokyo Dome (concert, baseball match, etc). You practically can spend most of your Tokyo stay nearby, from concert, shopping, amusement park, even stroll around the nice ancient garden next to it. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location within 5mins from Suidobashi Station. Room is spacious. Breakfast is good with wide variety of food choices.

I initially booked for three days and decided to extend my stay in the same room type through Ctrip to avoid the hassle of switching hotels and moving my belongings. However, on the morning of my last day in the original room, when I went to the front desk to process the extension and get a new key card, the receptionist told me I *had* to switch rooms and would be upgraded to a premium floor on the 36th floor. I tried to explain to the front desk that I preferred to stay in my original room and didn't need an upgrade, especially since I had to rush out for an urgent appointment. But the front desk staff insisted it wasn't possible, claiming it was due to a group booking. He told me I had to pack my luggage and store it, and couldn't check into the new room until I returned to the hotel in the evening. I then suggested that they could upgrade the group guests instead, as I didn't need it, but he still refused. His only solutions were for a colleague to pack my luggage and store it for me, or for me to do it myself. I was completely flustered. The whole point of extending my stay was to avoid packing and moving, and now it was so complicated. I rushed back to my room, packed everything, and stored it – it was truly infuriating. Sometimes, I really find the inflexible way Japanese people handle things very annoying. Later that evening, I re-checked in. The upgraded room was indeed more spacious and felt a bit more luxurious than the previous one, but the front desk's handling of the situation was really off-putting. It needlessly created so much trouble.

Prime location, everything we needed was on our doorstep and the service and facilities were second to none. Everyone was so accommodating and there was no request too small or too large. This really added a bit of luxury to our trip and the view from the room was stunning! Would absolutely stay here again:)
