Big comfortable room. Good view. Japanese breakfast better than western restaurant. Friendly service.

This was a decent stay. The only complaints are that the lobby toilet was a bit unclean and there was always a long wait for the elevator. Also the room carpet was covered in lint balla but otherwise it was a clean room. The bed was comfortable. The view from the room was good. Location is great. The selection at the breakfast buffet was varied and it was tasty.

Great location, and great surrounding amenities. Plenty of good restaurants around and within the hotel. The top floor restaurant gives you spectacular night views of Tokyo.

Dated rooms, esp bathrooms. Otherwise a nice hotel with a nice view. Can be very loud during concerts.

Restaurants nearby and also donki donki! Consider big room in Tokyo! Very comfortable and highly recommend whoever need a bigger space in the room.

Big room with nicevie, but poor service and lousy lobby. The location is not so good

Amongst all the hotels that we stayed for this year, this is the best hotel that we stayed. Clean & convenient to most of tourist attractions such as Shibuya, Ginza and etc. Plus, there is donki supermarket and shopping centre around. Highly recommended!

Great location and staff are very friendly and polite! However dot to there were too many group guests, causing the breakfast on the third floor was way too crowded.

Great area with lots to do around, plus a two minute walk to the nearest train station! I loved it so much that I extended my stay here for a couple days more because I really enjoyed it. It also has a couple of good restaurants and cafe inside the hotel not to mention a convenient store so you literally never have to leave the area if you need anything!
