We had a good stay. Room was good and spacious by Japanese standards with good amenities. However there was a security issue - someone had entered our room while we were out to remove a placeholder keycard for the room’s electricity. I raised this with the hotel to get back to us on why this was the case but they did not get back when we checked out.

The hotel is nice n neat. Overall is good except for the basin, which is quite small n always spill out water when i brush my teeth or wash my face.

Hotel is easy to locate, 10-15mins walk from Tokyo station. Room is clean and comfortable !

It's near Tokyo JR Station, a 10-minute walk away. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable, and upscale.

The room was very clean, but very small.
The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the amenities were plentiful, which was good.
The elevator was crowded in the morning and never came.
