非常棒的房間，還贈送巧克力和Three的化粧品，很滿意。 衞生：酒店電梯裏的地毯看上去很臟，和五星酒店不符。

不錯的酒店，在東京都是一流的

整體房間舒適，運氣好還能看到部分的東京鐵塔，服務在住過的酒店中算是非常好的了，有任何需要時服務人員都能提供最温馨的協助。唯一不好的地方是離地鐵站和超商有點距離，如果常搭地鐵出行的會需要多走幾步路先，其他都是非常棒的

房間很乾凈，離東京塔很近。附近還有日式庭院。非常舒服。很多日本人在裏面辦婚宴。

Just Perfect… 9 out of 10, the location is besides US embassy, so there some policemen nearby, a little walk uphill if u’re from metro station. A bit Secluded, but it’s good for me to take a rest mind and soul here. The room is modern, i heard jist renovated around 5 years ago.. quite spacious, everthing good. Service was also okay, not superb, but all good…

Our check-in was not smooth. We had to wait for another hour after arriving at 8pm, and the front desk staff was not very enthusiastic. Later, I analyzed that the reason may be that I have a child and it takes time to put children's items in the guest room. It may also be caused by the language barrier. At first I just thought the room was big and I could drink as much as I wanted, but in the end I found that the bathroom was great: a jacuzzi and a separate sauna, which was very comfortable. Our whole family didn't go to the swimming pool because the children were not allowed to use it and stayed in the room to play. Very good. I like it very much and will stay here next time.
