Location was great, easy to travel to popular areas like Ginza, Akiharaba, Shibuya etc! Staff was very friendly, almost all spoke English and they made sure we were comfortable at every turn. Housekeeping was spick and span, rearranged as if we were staying there for a first night but may have threw our mini travel essentials sachets mistakenly. Keep your essentials organised and you should be fine!

First, this is a new hotel ard one month in operation when I stayed there. I like the multi-national service team there, they are helpful and friendly. They also helped me call a restaurant to make reservations and received a package for me before I arrived in Tokyo. But as a new hotel, there are teething problems. First night, I wanted to check in around 11pm or so, but had to wait at the lounge for some time till around midnight while they said they were fixing the fridge in my room. Then, for the first two nights, I realised my aircon wasn’t working properly. I asked them to try fixing it on the second day but nothing happened. Finally, I requested on the third night to have my room changed which, thankfully, they did. On the second night, I also realised the over-enthusiastic cleaner threw away my sachets of skincare, which I carefully placed all of them in a cup for continued use. Guess the cleaner is not familiar with how hotels are usually sold cleaned and to only throw items which are placed in the rubbish bin. Then please note there is no TV across their rooms at all. And the emergency exit is in the shower cubicle. Indeed, as a solo traveller I am rather afraid someone might burst into my shower when I am bathing through the emergency door… It is nice that there are balconies but there is no view… The hotel is also far away from Tokyo station. Contrary to their advice, the cab fare is not just the flagging rate of around 500 yen or so. The eventual fare was 1,100 yen. So be aware of this as you decide to cab there from Tokyo station. It is like a 7-min walk from Mitsukoshimae station if I recall the name correctly, so it’s still alright.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a really nice experience. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is no TV in the room but all we need is a clean place to take a good rest so it's all fine. The location is good too it only takes around 5 minutes walk to the nearest station. Will return next time travelling to Japan!

The hotel is very new, in a quiet neighborhood, the room is of a good size, and all kinds of toiletries are in the room. The hotel design is very simple, the room with a balcony can open three suitcases, the hot water pressure is sufficient, there is no TV in the room, and the hotel does not have breakfast. There are many food stores nearby, and the front desk is always staffed and will not disturb you. The two subway station exits are within a few hundred meters, and you can walk to Ginza. I will choose it next time.

The room design is very beautiful, but it is not recommended as a tourist. First of all, a 25-square-meter room is not small in Tokyo, but there is no space to put things or drink a glass of water. There is only one bed, and water can only be boiled at the sink. There are only two simple hooks for clothes. Cups of coffee are placed next to toothbrushes. If I feel hungry at night and want to eat instant noodles, I don’t have the space or conditions. Secondly, it is about 10 minutes away from several subway stations. This is relatively far among Tokyo hotels. The fire exit is still in the bathroom, which is understandable but a bit concerning. There is a balcony, but there is no view. The railings are too thin and I dare not get close. The quality of toiletries, especially toothbrushes and slippers, is really poor compared to other hotels in the same price range. However, the service is very good, the front desk staff are international and enthusiastic, and their English is very good. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Mitsukoshi Depar**ent Store and Takashimaya. Shopping is quite convenient.

Newly opened hotel with great sense of design~ This room is only one on the first floor, awesome! The balcony is huge! Recommend~ The surroundings are quiet and comfortable, and there is no TV in the room. The staff at the front desk are not Japanese, but they are very enthusiastic and communicate without any problems.

A very design hotel. It is also very close to the nearby subway station and the front desk staff are also very polite. This time I chose this hotel for a solo trip to Tokyo, and I was very satisfied with all the configurations. Because the location is near Nihonbashi, you can reach Ginza even by walking. recommend!
