Comfortable hotel in the city center, close to all activities (the Renaissance hotel is 5km away). Small but comfortable rooms, clean, quiet. Hamza brightens the breakfast room with great service and nice conversation in fluent Spanish and English. Excellent terrace behind the hotel with good atmosphere and secluded. Ask for a room overlooking the terrace. Security guys can be a bit short tempered, would be good if they are more customer focused.

This is totally the best hotel i ever tried in algeria , the rooms are super clean and well decorated , the beds are super comfy , the staff are angels not even humans , the food and the room service are on another level . The location could not be better you can see all tlemcen from there and its super safe and calm This was my best experience ever i can't wait to visit you guys again mush love ♥️

Lors de ma visite à l'hôtel ”El Zianiin” à Tlemcen, j'ai été époustouflé par son architecture remarquable, digne d'un musée. Cependant, je dois exprimer ma déception quant aux services proposés. Les chambres sont loin d'être à la hauteur, elles manquent de modernité et sont malheureusement peu entretenues. La propreté laisse à désirer, avec une présence excessive de poussière qui a déclenché une crise d'allergie chez moi. Lorsque j'ai signalé ces problèmes au réceptionniste, sa réponse désinvolte et nonchalante m'a surpris. Il m'a tout simplement répondu : ”hehe, comme moi”, sans prendre la situation au sérieux. De plus, les couvertures du matelas ainsi que les oreillers n'ont pas été changés, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier de cette catégorie. En ce qui concerne la restauration, je lui attribuerais une note de 6 sur 10. Bien que certains plats étaient acceptables, d'autres manquaient de saveur et de fraîcheur. Le choix proposé était également limité, ce qui a contribué à une certaine monotonie lors des repas. En somme, bien que l'hôtel ”El Zianiin” soit un véritable chef-d'œuvre architectural, je ne peux que critiquer sévèrement les services offerts. Les chambres nécessitent une mise à jour urgente et un entretien régulier afin de garantir le confort des clients. De plus, le manque d'hygiène et de réactivité du personnel est décevant. J'espère sincèrement que ces problèmes seront pris en compte et résolus à l'avenir, car un hôtel de cette envergure mérite d'offrir une expérience mémorable à ses visiteurs.
