We had a Pleasant stay The staff is very nice and friendly and very helpfull In the evening they made a bonfire and played Music. They shut Down the light so we were able to see the stars better. The Rooms are Big and clean The restaurant serves a nice meal to a fair price

We had a really nice time staying in this hotel. We arrived very early, but this was no problem at all. They were very friendly and engaged, they made sure we had everything we needed. It was easy for us to communicate because their English was very good. The hotel is very authentic and really close to the Erg Chebbi dunes. The driveway to the hotel was a bit bumpy, since it has no asphalt. The hotel has a swimming pool and they don’t mind if women take a swim as well. If you want to go camel riding or sandboarding, they make sure you are being picked up in front of the hotel. They serve you really well. Only the shower was not working perfectly and the swimming pool cleaner was currently out of service, but that was not a big problem to us. We would recommend to stay here! Especially because they have the happiest host, named Hamid ait oulbacha, we have met so far!

We were in a nice hotel which it's name is "Palmeras" , we enjoy the ride in camels with best sunset over the dunes and we came back after it to the hotel and we found the hotel worker waiting for us to give us tea with mint and candies , consequently we had a delicious dinner and breakfast and luxury room, i really recommend this hotel to every one would likes to visit the Moroccan desert.

Dit hotel, dat zich een luxe herberg noemt, ligt aan de rand van de Sahara. Vanuit je kamer loop je zo de eerste zandheuvels in. De dichtbijzijnde "beschaafde wereld", het dorp Merzouga, ligt qua afstand dichtbij. Om er te komen moet je echter een helse autorit maken van zo'n uur. Om bij onze "luxe herberg" te komen rij je over onverharde paden, die soms in het niets eindigen. Paden zijn zeer slecht herkenbaar door zandverstuivingen. Richtingaanwijzers ... nee, natuurlijk niet .. dit is de woestijn! Dankzij google maps hebben we uieindelijk onze bestemming weten te bereiken. Hoe een reisorganisatie haar klanten zo de woestijn in kan sturen zonder 4WD is mij een raadsel. Tenzij NRV staat voor Nooit Recht Vooruit. Mijn tip .. reis je per gewone personenauto .. sla dit hotel over! Goed, de herberg zelf. Een kasbah- achtig complex. Zwembad met zeer koud water, ik schat 12 graden. Brrr. Alles hier is viezig, stoffig en sleets. Veel vliegen e.a. ongedierte. Kamers met lemen muren, weinig verlichting. Overdag geen b****rvice, dus water mee. Enfin genoeg .. ik vind het niets hier.

Geweldig verblijf in dit hotel. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Na een kamelensafari hebben we afgekoeld in het zwembad en daarna heerlijk gegeten buiten op de binnenplaats van het hotel. Linzensoep, frisse salade, tajine met stoofvlees en een schaal met vers fruit. Ook hier erg vriendelijke bediening. Een aanrader!

Une catastrophe !!! Du rêve au désespoir… une nuit passée au pied des dunes, seulement hôtel /bivouac dans un état déplorable. Lits douteux , repas catastrophique ( on se demande encore ce qu’on a mangé) , le camp et les abords insalubres et sales ! Passez votre chemin !!!!
