Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!
